Research On The New Technology Extension Model Of "Cooperative +Scientific Research Institutions+ Farmers"

The central document puts forward "strengthening the promotion system construction of the modern agricultural science and technology innovation" in 2016,and improves the system of agricultural science and technology promotion to adapt to the requirements of modern agricultural development,providing accurate support for the grassroots agricultural extension of public welfare and business service agencies and leading universities and research institutes to carry out agricultural services.With the continuous development of China's agricultural,the traditional mode of agricultural technology extension has not been able to achieve the efficient conversion and steady improvement of agricultural efficiency production and can not meet the demand of agricultural science and technology.Therefore,the innovation in agricultural technology promotion mode is an important means to promote agricultural technology and realize agricultural modernization in China in the new periodThis paper regards cooperatives and scientific research institutes as the two main agricultural technology promotion,the new technology promotion mode of "cooperatives+ research institutions +farmers" as the research object,taking Wuzhai County as a case study.Based on survey data of current situation of agricultural technology extension in Wuzhai county and data from cooperatives,scientific research institutions,and farmers,this paper analyzes the theory mechanism of new technology promotion mode of "cooperatives+ scientific research institutions + farmers" using the use of literature analysis,statistical analysis,case analysis and other research methods.Through analysis of current situation agricultural technology promotion in Wuzhai County from the agricultural extension organization,stuffing,situation of cooperative development,scientific research institutions,agricultural technology by farmers and service of agricultural technology extension,through the analysis,it is found that there exists some problems in the operating mechanism of agricultural technology extension system,cooperatives,cooperation between scientific research institutions and government,cooperative information exchange facilities,the quality of farmers and other issues.It accounts for the feasibility and advancement of new technology promotion mode "scientific research institutions +cooperatives + farmers" through the analysis of the examples,and draw relevant revelation.Finally,this paper points out the implementation and improvement of the new technology promotion model "cooperative+ research institutions + farmers" of Wuzhai county,and proposes some suggestions,for example promotion of cooperation between cooperatives and scientific research institutions,increase the financial support;construction of network information integration;education and training of human resources;increase the investment of the transformation of scientific research achievements;strengthening the basic research;and establishment of the dominant position of cooperatives in the technical requirements.
