| The aging of the population is the core of the people's livelihood project and the inevitable outcome of economic development.Improving the happiness of the elderly in their old age plays an important role in improving the quality of social and economic development and sharing the fruits of reform and opening up.China is a big agricultural country with a large population.Attaching importance to the service of providing for the aged in rural areas is to attach importance to the development of the people's livelihood of the whole country.This paper chooses Tangchi Community in Kunming Yangzonghai as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the influence of the trusteeship system on the communities and the promotion of the old-age service.Then it investigates the basic situation,the demand situation and the local situation of the old people in this area by questionnaire and face-to-face interviews.All kinds of services can be provided to fully understand the local elderly's living habits and actual needs for the elderly,and compared with the existing services,found that the distribution of old-age institutions in this area is small,weak,scattered characteristics,personnel and funding is extremely lacking.In the last chapter of this study,the author puts forward some suggestions on the construction of a compound old-age service model,starting from the two main bodies of the government and the family,tightly linking the main line of rural old-age service,and establishing a positive and urgent old-age concept;secondly,building a diversified mechanism and system to guide social participation by integrating resources and uniting forces from all sides.And,jointly solve the old-age problem;third,innovative combination of old-age services,according to regional characteristics,targeted to provide efficient services,based on survey data,strive to provide feasible countermeasures for the development of the region's old-age cause. |
