Research On Issue Of Trusteeship Of Swine Farm In Anhui Province

The swine farming industry is an important part of animal husbandry, it associates with farmers’ income,agricultural development and economic stability of our country.In recent years,the development of swine farming industry in Anhui Province promotes the increase of farmers’ income, but the swine farming industryin Anhui Province still has a series of problems, the backyard farmers, high farming costs and poor management affect the Economic Benefit of swine farming.Of course, a series of policies of swine industry development were promulgated to promote the development of large-scale swine farming.However, large-scale farming still needs a set of scientific technology and management,if the skil of technology and management cannot reach the standard,there will be a big problemof large-scale swine farming in Anhui Province.Under mentioned backgrounds,the party mentioned that developing the social services of diversification,diversity and competitionin in the first document in 2014.The model of trusteeship comes into being,this kind of farming model shows a momentum of vigorous development, mode of Institute of Animal of Hefei DeLin plays an important role in the development of swine farming industry in Anhui province.But it just trustees a few of swine farms, we do not know whether the model of trusteeship can be extended and whethere it has lasting potential.Therefore, This paper selected the Institute of Animal of Hefei DeLin and the rusteed swine farms as research object, the purpose is that analyzing the theoretical basis, trend of development and core competitiveness of the model of trusteeship,putting forward suggestions that increasing the economic benefit of the model of trusteeship, judging the development direction of swine industry in Anhui Province,putting forward suggestions about the development of animal husbandry in Anhui Province.Based on the theory of principal-agent theory, scale economy, transaction cost theory and other related theory,by using the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods and field observation method,the model of trusteeship and its economic benefit were researched.In this research based on the investigation of the mode of trusteeship,core competitiveness of the model of trusteeship and its economic benefit of the mode was analyzed, putting forward suggestions about the problemof the mode of trusteeship,proposing the development trends in the future.This study has an important reference value to discussion and development of the related theory of the mode of trusteeship,and has an important practical significance to improve the economic benefits of development of the swine industry in Anhui province. The main research contents are as follows:(1)The status of the model of trusteeship was investigated. The results were:the model of trusteeship had a more complete organization.clear responsibility,perfect operation mechanism.(2)Analysing the economic benefits of trusteeship,reducing the number of farm workers, feed costs,production costs and sow disease incidence, Improving the degree of professionalism,technology level,specialization level,the level of farm management and disease control.(3)discuss the core competencies of trusteeship,include:long-term integrity of cooperation established trusteeship basis,integrating platform formed direct benefits,management system is core,investment in research is support, a learning organization has provided a guarantee, technology integration provide technical support,And analyzes the influencing factors of farm trusteeship requiremen,include:age, education level,farming experience, whether understand trusteeship and so on.(4)The problemof the mode of trusteeship was analyzed, including:a shortage of professional technical staff and management personnel,lack of funds, spirit of contract constraints the development of trusteeship,lack of awareness about trusteeship,cultural differences between the two sides of trusteeship,which affect the scale and speed of development of trusteeship.(5)putting forward suggestions that the development direction of trusteeship and lasting potential,the development of trusteeship will lead the backyard farmers gradually withdraw, standardized and large-scale swine farming will become the trend in development of swine fanning industry,the model of trusteeship will be more professional,when the model of trusteeship develops more maturely,professional swine management company will be come into be.The recommendations of promoting the development of trusteeship include:Perfecting platform of swine trusteeship,Building and improving institutional system,building the brand of trusteeship,Innovating and improving the policy insurance,improving personnel training system,expanding financing channels.
