Investigation And Analysis On Land Trusteeship Mode Of Agricultural Mechanized Cooperative In Liaoning Province

With the development of the agricultural mechanization level in Liaoning Province,the agricultural cooperatives in the province have developed gradually,which is very important in the country’s rapid development of agricultural science and technology and the improvement of land use efficiency.The development of agricultural cooperatives,and promote the production of new agricultural cooperatives in Liaoning land management mode.As a new business model of agricultural cooperatives agricultural land trust model,breaking the traditional decentralized agricultural management mode,to achieve the scale of operation,improve the use efficiency of agriculture,to alleviate the current situation of agricultural land shortage,the liberation of the rural labor force,changes in land management,so as to achieve the purpose of reasonable allocation of land resources this,to our country to solve the "three rural issues",provides an important guarantee to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.This paper respectively on the "full scale" and "the link" and,shares" of the Liaoning Province agricultural cooperatives land management mode in detail,selects three typical agricultural cooperatives,through field research by comparative analysis,from the income and expenditure of agricultural cooperatives,farmers join agricultural cooperatives land trust after the liberation of labor cost and income,etc..Then empirical analysis of agricultural cooperatives "full program","link","shares" three business models.The results showed that the "link" of agricultural cooperatives land trust model with its flexible mode of operation,the farmers can get accepted "full scale" agricultural cooperatives land trust model of profit modes,save the rural surplus labor force,land management rights are still owned by peasants,farmers are also welcome."Shares" type of agricultural cooperatives land trusteeship way for farmers to make money,save the rural labor force,but the land management rights by cooperatives,some farmers do not accept.By analyzing the "equity" is seen as the future trend of development,farmers land shares,the liberation of the labor force.Out of town to work,venture business.Will further increase the income of farmers,agricultural cooperatives have the rights of production and operation,can be large-scale introduction of mechanical equipment,improve the level of Agricultural Mechanization in China,so that the scale of land into management,plays an important role in promoting China’s large-scale transfer of land.Finally,the paper draws the conclusion,puts forward the problems of the land trusteeship mode of agricultural cooperatives in Liaoning Province,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
