In the era of knowledge economy,the small and medium-sized technological enterprises have become an indispensable element in the economic development of our country.If an enterprise wants to be invincible in the fierce competition,the key is to have a strong workforce.However,in order to retain employees,it is necessary to construct a scientific and reasonable salary system with incentive effect.In all the work of human resources management department,salary management is the top priority.However,in reality,many small and medium-sized technological enterprises often have weak foundation of human resource management and pay management problems.Nowadays,with the progress of science and technology,the economic pattern of economic globalization has been formed,and the factors of production can also be found in Under the background of this new era,China's small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises gradually adjust and optimize the salary structure,and give full play to the important role of salary in attracting,retaining and developing talents.It is urgent and important.Z company's lithium battery,now hang battery has been gradually to electric bicycles,electric vehicles and other fields to expand.Production of lithium-ion batteries is increasing year by year,with Japan being the world's largest producer of lithium-ion batteries globally,and China second only to them.Due to the increasing demand,it has a bright future for Chinese lithium battery companies similar to Z Company.Many Chinese enterprises have stepped up their investment in various resources,for example by increasing the investment in automation or semi-automation equipment.The production mode has shifted from labor-intensive to semi-automatic and automated development,developing innovative technological processes,further improving the quality system,Quality and labor productivity,to the high-end market and the development of high-end products,has become the current trend of China's file industry.Salary management is not only related to every employee,but also the core of human resource management.Whether the enterprise can achieve sustainable development is closely related to whether the compensation system is reasonable and effective.Scientific,reasonable and flexible salary structure plays an important role in arousing employees' enthusiasm and ensuring their stability.This paper first elaborates the concept of compensation and related theories theoretically,and then uses the case study method,selects the company Z as the research object to study the salary system optimization design.Through the way of questionnaire,this paper analyzes the present situation of compensation system in Z Company,and puts forward the idea of optimizing design according to the analysis result.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the optimized compensation system and to deal with the possible risks,a series of safeguard measures are made from the aspects of total amount control,budget management,system construction,staff training and so on.
