As the quick and global development of the economy, the personalized and diverse market environment gives more challenges to the enterprises, and it must strengthen the talent competition among them. So it is a worthy discussion how we response to the challenges in human resource management, and it has the powerful and fatal influence to the company whether it has the scientific and reasonable salary system. It is specially important for the enterprise how to build up the suitable compensation incentive mechanisms and how to design and implement the reasonable compensation system, and it looks extremely urgent for us to study it.This paper has a deep study in the compensation incentive condition of Jinkai Group, it mainly analyzes the questions as follows:the unreasonable salary structure、 lack of transparency、 lack of scientific staff performance evaluation、 lack of security in welfare measures、 etc. It proposes solutions: improving the working activity and the efficiency of staff、 increasing the enterprise management level、 enhancing the enterprise market competition and the capacity for sustainable development. On basis of relative theories, it uses the methods of qualitative、quantitative and other analysis, and analyzes the relevant elements of the scheme, and proposes the optimized salary system design and the implementation of the new plan safeguard measures.This article includes five parts, the first is preface, mainly states study background、 basic study methods、 research thought; the second is to study the relevant theory and the guiding significance; the third is to analyze the salary incentive condition、 problems and the reasons; the fourth proposes the suitable salary incentive scheme optimization of Jinkai Group; the fifth presents the implementation of the new plan safeguard measures and conditions.The research of compensation incentives scheme in Jinkai Group will promote the enterprise operator to form incentive and constraint mechanism, and improve the advantages of talent competition, and supply a reference to the compensation scheme reforming of other relative companies.
