This paper concerns the compensation to the employees focus on, which aims to explore the incentive effect of the compensation to the employees. The pay system plays a vital role in attracting an retaining talent in order to the enterprise development. But the traditional pay system has a lot of obvious limitations in motivating the talent. Aiming at this problem, made on the basis of position classification implement differentiation of labor employment analysis, established on the basis of the job(jobs) salary structure, and puts forward the competence quality model, the method of building extension compensation optimization framework (system).The system is mainly based on LJ company compensation and the object of study. This article shows that LJ company compensation system design optimization in solving grade talent on the fairness issue of compensation has both can satisfy employees based on the current and long-term demand for compensation, and can reflect the superiority of pay for the enterprise to retain key talents and improve motivation as a carrier,As the security performance salary to company LJ salary incentive result has more practicability and maneuverability, better implementation of long-term incentive compensation.
