With the continuous development of enterprises,the important position of talents is increasingly prominent.In the process of enterprise management practice,pay more attention to the salary incentive system,build a reasonable,standardized,and perfect salary incentive mechanism,and play its role to promote the sound and rapid development of enterprises.However,at present,many environmental protection regulatory service companies have a small number,inadequate salary incentive systems,limited incentive effects,and a lack of core competitiveness,hindering the healthy development of enterprises.The research on the compensation incentive mechanism of XNH Company in this article is beneficial for improving the deficiencies or deficiencies of XNH Company’s compensation incentive mechanism,increasing the company’s emphasis on compensation incentives,and ensuring the stable development of the enterprise.It is of great significance.This article first discusses the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,and then analyzes the problems in the salary incentive mechanism of XNH Company through surveys,interviews,and other methods.It explores the reasons for their occurrence,and finally proposes corresponding optimization design plans and guarantee strategies to improve and perfect the enterprise salary incentive mechanism.The main research results of this article are as follows:(1)The current situation of XNH company’s mechanism:there are fewer high-end employees,male employees account for the majority of the company,the age structure is relatively young,the overall salary status of employees is not high,and there is a lack of management talent;(2)The problems existing in the salary incentive mechanism include incomplete systems,incomplete job evaluation systems,incomplete performance evaluation mechanisms and inadequate incentive mechanisms;The salary structure lacks scientific rationality;The level of treatment is relatively low;simplify incentive methods;Simplification of incentive methods;(3)Design of optimization plan for salary incentive mechanism:improve and perfect salary related systems,improve and add salary structure,improve employee compensation level,and enrich incentive methods;(4)Optimization and implementation of compensation incentive mechanism guarantee strategy:corresponding guarantee strategies have been formulated from four aspects:organizational structure,talent,communication,and regulatory guarantee to ensure the implementation of the new plan.The innovation of this article is to integrate modern enterprise human resource management concepts with salary incentive mechanisms to optimize human resource management in the current environmental consulting service industry,which has important reference value for other enterprises in the industry.Deficiencies:Firstly,the theoretical basis and practice still need to be further enriched and improved;Secondly,XNH Company has a relatively small scale and a relatively limited number of personnel,and its data samples are relatively limited.The research has certain limitations;Thirdly,research on market salary levels and analysis of salary incentives still need to be improved,and more comprehensive optimization strategies need to be proposed for consulting service companies based on deeper research.
