With the development of the domestic nuclear power situation in full swing,new nuclear power companies are established as a growing number,which causes a shortage of the nuclear power talent.How to establish the incentive mechanism perfectly for the knowledge workers of nuclear power company to ensure the stability of the knowledge workers of nuclear power company,and establish reasonable incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff as well as inspire their work potential,has become an important problem that must be solved in L nuclear power company.Based on the above background,the author carries out the research on the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in L nuclear power company.Based on the practical problems of the enterprise oriented,the paper takes problem solving as the main line and regards the incentive mechanism for the knowledge workers of nuclear power company as the starting point.At the same time,the paper puts the classical incentive theory as the theoretical basis and makes good use of the actual survey data acquired from the facts.The paper makes a deep analysis of problem of the incentive mechanism for the knowledge staff of the L nuclear power company.On this basis,the basic idea of improving the incentive mechanism of corporate knowledge worker is put forward,and the implementation,evaluation,adjustment and supporting measures are explained.The research ideas are as follows: firstly,this paper introduces the situation of the nuclear power industry,and makes a summary of the knowledge workers,the concept of the incentive mechanism,and classic incentive mechanism theory,which provides a theoretical basis for the text.Secondly,the paper introduces the present situation of incentive mechanism for the knowledge workers of L nuclear power company,including the company's salary and welfare mechanism,technical post appointment mechanism and employee performance management mechanism,and analyzes its existing problems,for example,the salary structure is unbalanced and lack of the flexibility,the incentive mechanism structure is unbalanced and shortage fo spiritual incentive factor,the incentive mechanism implementation method neglects the staff's difference demand,and the incentive measure is too unitary.And then,this paper analyses the reasons,that is,the nuclear power industry is kind of high cost business and L company is facing huge pressure from operating.The performance appraisal for knowledge wrokers is not timely tracking,ignoring the training incentive for employees,not to establish a perfect internal talent market,not to form a cohesive corporate culture.Then,according to the problem of incentive mechanism for the knowledge workers of L nuclear power company,based on the incentive mechanism theory,combined with the realistic characteristics of nuclear power enterprises,the paper puts forward to the ideas to improve the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers as well as the corresponding safeguard measures.The basic ideas are as follows: implement a flexible incentive mechanism,increase the daily performance rewards in the proportion of the basic salary structure;improve the incentive mechanism,that is,ensuring the competitive incentive conditions remain unchanged,enhance the spirit motivation for the staff;develop differentiated incentive mechanism,improve the pertinence of the incentive mechanism;strengthen training motivation,enhance the working ability of knowledge worker;encourage knowledge workers to learn by themselves,and build learning organizations;establish internal human resources market,improve the career development plan for the staff;develop a transparent,open and fair rules and regulations of the incentive mechanism,and make a good publicity work in the enterprise;perform management promotion incentive,connect the company's overall objectives with individual objectives organically together.In respect of the supporting measures,mainly to strengthen the construction of corporate culture,enhance the knowledge staff sense of belonging to the company,the transformation of enterprise talent concept,improve the company operation mechanism,a clear strategic target,improve the personnel management mechanism,to create a harmonious and friendly working environment.
