With the advent of knowledge economy and the rapid development of intellectual capital and human capital has gradually become the core competitiveness of enterprises,enterprises and knowledge workers as the carrier of knowledge has become the most important human capital,the core competitiveness of enterprises is becoming more and more attention for the managers.LT company is a company with the rapid development of consulting services and software development of the state-owned enterprises,which belongs to the typical knowledge intensive enterprises,the lack of LT company to the incentive effect of knowledge workers has become one of the biggest obstacles to sustainable development of the company.The related research results and development trend of the theory of domestic and foreign circles on the motivation of knowledge workers are reviewed comprehensively,combined with the meaning,characteristics and needs of knowledge workers,puts forward the theoretical basis of this paper.Based on this,this article from the LT company knowledge workers incentive status quo,analyzes the structure of LT company,summarizes the characteristics of knowledge staff of LT company,put forward the problems of knowledge employees management and causes.Followed by the use of human capital theory,employee growth evaluation theory,employee occupation career management theory,enterprise culture motivation theory,analysis and puts forward the core idea,principle and main contents of incentive mode optimization of LT company,established a comprehensive company with knowledge workers career collaborative development incentive mode.At last,the corresponding measures are put forward to optimize the incentive mode of knowledge workers.Through the optimization of the content of incentive mode,reduce the loss of talented employees in order to enhance the company's rate,appeal to outstanding employees,stimulate the knowledge staffs work enthusiasm,improve work enthusiasm,improve the incentive status of knowledge workers at present,solve the problems in the existing incentive,and improve the core competitiveness of the company.
