Lean production by the Japanese Toyota enterprises to create a modern new production management model,is one of most advanced management and production methods in current world,has been widely used in the world,with the traditional large quantities of a single production in different ways The With the development of modem market economy,customer demand continues to improve,personalized,distinctive,multi-species,small batch of demand more and more to replace the traditional single demand,business competition is more intense.Lean production,from customer demand,through continuous improvement,the pursuit of perfection,zero loss,zero inventory,zero defect as the goal,through a variety of ways to eliminate unnecessary waste in production,reduce costs,improve labor efficiency and product quality,Thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,to achieve the ultimate improvement of the enterprise.This article selected the research object for the author familiar with the R company,the current R company has been a period of lean production management,but its effect is not obvious,there are still some problems,need to be improved.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the origin and historical background of lean production management,the application and research status of lean production at home and abroad,and expounds the basic theoretical system and core ideas and principles of lean production management.Secondly,the analysis of R company lean production management status,pointed out that the existence of the problem:such as 5S is not fully implemented and continued to promote the production line layout is unreasonable,staff operation inconvenience,poor production line manufacturing,product production cycle is long,And analyze the root causes of the lean production management problem of R Company:the implementation method of lean production management is not in place,the production management system is insufficient,and the incentive mechanism of lean production management staff is lacking.Finally,on the basis of this,the author puts forward the optimization goal,optimization guideline and optimization measures of R Company's lean production management,mainly from the organization management optimization,"5S" field management optimization,Kanban management optimization,index management optimization,job management optimization,And put forward the prerequisite for the implementation of this program,that is,improve the management of the process and leadership,staff attitude and way of thinking-awareness,with technical IT solutions.
