DMS is one of the world's leading providers of 3PL,and at the forefront of developing innovative supply chain solutions.DMS fuse global network and depth of expertise with pioneering digital innovations to enable customers to stay ahead.In the case of price gradual transparency in the international logistic market,the competition among 3PLs upgrade to business capacity and service quality.3PLs need to provide service of complete and efficient quality supply chain management,which provide broad space for development.With the intensification of market competition and the increase of customer demand,DMS must strive to optimize the organization structure,broaden the service function,improve service quality On the other hand,DMS should implement differentiation and broaden target market by means of service innovation etc.Taking the theories of strategic management,competitive strategy and core-competence as the guide,this thesis studied the development strategy of DMS Logistics Through PEST and SWOT analysis on DMS's external environment and internal resources ability,it comes out with enterprise development strength,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.According to analysis,provide DMS with integration strategy on corporate-level strategy,differentiation strategy on high-end market,cost leadership strategy on low-end market and focus strategy on special service market.And also provide relevant safeguards from organizational structure improvement,reform of internal system,warehouse operation capability,core-competence and digital transformationThrough the research on the DMS development strategy,we hope to provide a reference for the making the development stratey of the the 3PLs,so that they can size new opportunites,start service innovation,satisfied customer with personalized and diversified needs for greater development.
