With the formation of world market, the competition between enterprises has turned into one of the main point that influence the enterprise's sustainable development. Based on the theory of strategy management and core competence, the article evaluate core competence of Daqing OilField Company according to the company's status and use the amount method of time sequence model, analytic hierarchy process, radar diagram method etc. Although the researching object of the article is Daqing OilField Company, it relates to the petroleum industry and has corresponding meaning to petroleum and natural gas industry..The article consists of five parts.Chapter 1 is an introduction which focused on the analysis of the necessity and practical guiding significance for the study in this paper as well as the roundup of related theories.Chapter 2 analyses the internal and external environment of Dqqing OilField Company competence development. Firstly, the article made a reaearch on the developing trend of world petroleum industry, and then expoud developing blueprint, strategy status and industrial formation of world petroleum industry. It studied on the domestic petroleum supply and demand, exploring and developing cost trend, natural gas industry developmeng, etc. Aim at characteristics of resource digging company, the article put forward a time sequence model and conclude that explore reserve of Daqing Oilfield keeping sustainable increased by analysis.Chapter 3 evaluated the core competence of Daqing Oilfield Company. This chapter studied on the present condition and main contradiction of Daqing Oilfield Company, determined core competence evaluating index system and method by the combination of both quantity and quality. On the basis of introduction of AHP model and radar diagram method, it evaluated the core competence of Daqing Oilfield Company by the radar diagram method and made comparation with the compentists.Chapter 4 analyses Daqing Oilfield Company core competence foundation. Because the difference between crude oil is narrow, the difference of oil company mainly embodied on techniques.So it set up the core competence two-dimensional analysis model and analyses the core competence of Daqing Oilfield Company systematically, according to the core specialty-market matrix.Chapter 5 worked out the core competence developing strategy of .Daqing Oilfield Company.On the basis of evaluations and analysis above, it confirmed the core competence developing strategy of Daqing Oilfield Company and put forward main methods to realize it.
