On this basis, according to the company's resourses and strategic goals, the paper also selected and made effective market development strategy and product development strategy, adjust the On this basis, develop strategies for market development and product development strategies, adjust the organizational structure, corporate culture and give full play to the leaders'role in enhancing the competitiveness of Zhonghang company, make sure of the effective implementation of the strategy, so that the Zhonghang company can expand its market share and sales, to promote enterprise to achieve strategic goals.In addition, the article was based on the company's management practices to constitute the successful strategic management theoretical model for the construction economic consulting companies, provided a new idea and method for the other small/medium enterprises in the same industry.
