With the advent of the technology era such as "Internet +" and "artificial intelligence",the external environment faced by enterprises has undergone tremendous changes,and competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.If enterprises want to survive in such a severe environment or even achieve sustainable development,they must be innovative,and the innovation of the company comes down to the innovation of employees within the company.Innovation is an exploratory activity.Employees will encounter many risks and uncertainties in the process of innovation,which will inevitably lead to various errors.In the face of mistakes,the traditional response of enterprises is to prevent mistakes,that is,to avoid mistakes,but such measures will make employees cautious,afraid to explore exploratory and innovative activities,and weaken the creative passion of employees.Different from error prevention,the focus of error management is not the error itself,but allows a certain degree of error,and focus on how to reduce the negative impact of the error and enhance the positive impact of the error,thus helping the staff to deal with Gain knowledge and experience in the process of error,help employees grow and progress,and motivate employees to innovate.Therefore,the academic and management circles are paying more and more attention to the error management atmosphere that emphasizes error management.In the past research on employee innovation behavior,the organization's environmental factors have more research on employee innovation behavior,but the positive environmental factors of error management atmosphere are used as independent variables to study its influence on employee innovation behavior and its internality.There is a lack of literature on the mechanisms of influence and boundary conditions.In response to this problem,this study explores the relationship between the error management atmosphere and employee innovation behavior based on the sample data obtained from the survey of 290 employees based on the theory of planned behavior.The study found that the error management atmosphere has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior;the error management atmosphere has a significant positive impact on innovation self-efficacy;innovation self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior;innovation self-efficacy Sense has a partial intermediary role between the error management atmosphere and employee innovation behavior;the willingness to innovate has a positive adjustment effect on the relationship between the error management atmosphere and employee innovation behavior.When the employee's level of innovation intention is high,error management The positive impact of the atmosphere on employee innovation behavior is greater;when the employee's level of innovation intention is low,the error management atmosphere has a positive impact on employee innovation behavior.According to the research conclusions,this study provides relevant management inspiration for enterprises to stimulate employees' innovative behavior.First,companies should treat mistakes scientifically,create a positive error management atmosphere,and give employees an environment that is daring to try and test,and encourage employees to continuously carry out exploratory innovation activities.Second,to enhance employees' sense of innovation and self-efficacy,so that employees do not have to worry about their own mistakes in exploratory activities,solve employees' worries,and enable employees to learn knowledge and experience in the process of making mistakes and handling mistakes,and improve themselves.Self-confidence for exploratory and creative activities.Third,improve employees' willingness to innovate,enhance employees' willingness to innovate in terms of employee recruitment,training and development,performance compensation,etc.,and motivate employees to implement innovative behaviors.
