Innovation is the prosperity of the country,the prosperity of enterprises inexhaustible motive force,the development of enterprises can not be separated from technological innovation.Especially economic development enters into the new normal,the enterprise must take the initiative to adapt to economic development and innovation environment,and actively promote the transformation and upgrading of products to continuously upgrade Their own technological innovation capability.With the strong push forward of China's innovation-driven development strategy,the wave of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" has provided favorable policy guarantee for enterprises to carry out innovative activities to promote enterprise performance improvement.As an important part of the innovation environment of enterprises,the role of innovation atmosphere in enterprise innovation is becoming more and more prominent.The demand for innovation efficiency and innovation performance is becoming more and more urgent.The influence of innovation atmosphere on innovation performance and its internal mechanism is becoming Academic research and research focus.As one of the important components of China's innovation system,high-tech enterprises occupy an important position in the field of innovation with its knowledge-intensive,technology-intensive and capital-intensive features.Innovation performance as an important indicator of the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises in China has become an important perspective in academic research and practice management.Therefore,how to improve the innovation management mechanism so as soon as possible to enhance innovation performance,as high-tech enterprises in innovation management to solve an important practical problem.This paper analyzes the key influencing factors of the innovation atmosphere,based on self-determination theory(SDT)and the theory of planned behavior(TPB),which analyzes the innovation of employees The specific meaning of the intention in this study,constructed a cross-level theoretical model,and analyzed the impact mechanism of enterprise innovation on innovation performance.Then,the enterprise questionnaire was designed and the employees of high-tech enterprises were surveyed.The data collected by SPSS20.0 and Amos21.0 software were used to verify the specific assumptions and theoretical models proposed in this study.This paper draws the following conclusions: First,the enterprise innovation atmosphere and three dimensions have positive influence on the innovation performance,the innovation intention and the innovation behavior,the employee's willingness to innovate and the three dimensions have positive influence on the employee's innovation behavior.The second is that the innovation intention and the three dimensions have the mediating effect on the innovation atmosphere of the enterprise and the employee's willingness to innovate.Thirdly,the relationship between the team cohesion and the innovation performance of the employees is the relationship between the innovation behavior and the innovation performance of the enterprise.With a positive adjustment effect.On the basis of empirical analysis,this research puts forward some suggestions such as "respect for creativity,create full innovation atmosphere;rational evaluation,implementation of internal innovation performance appraisal mechanism" and so on,combined with the characteristics of Internet generalization and its communication in enterprise organization To build a platform for internal innovation to meet the innovative needs of enterprises and create a good atmosphere for innovation to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,so that enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition in the market by innovation caused by a steady stream of innovative performance.
