Innovation is the first driving force for development.In the process of competitive development,enterprises must use knowledge,skills and experience as a carrier to promote employee innovation,and then inject a steady stream of vitality into the enterprise.In a changing environment and a more flexible organization,inclusive leadership encourages employees to try and make mistakes and fully mobilize their enthusiasm for their inclusiveness,development,and initiative.The creation of organizational atmosphere is valued by more and more enterprises,not only can signal the employees in the organization,but also affect the attitudes and behaviors of employees.Employees' perception of the organization's error management environment not only can sense the relaxed and inclusive atmosphere,but also influence the attitude and behavior of individual errors.Encouraging employees to try and create,will help stimulate the emergence of innovative behavior.At the same time,the individual's error orientation makes it easier for individuals to face mistakes with a positive attitude,learn from mistakes,correct errors,and stimulate individual innovation behavior.Under the influence of inclusive leadership,it stimulates the emergence of innovative behavior through the combination of error perception atmosphere perception and error orientation.Based on the theoretical analysis of the mechanism of inclusive leadership,error management atmosphere perception,error orientation,and innovation behavior interaction,the influence of inclusive leadership on innovation behavior is established as the main effect,and the error management atmosphere perception and error orientation are simultaneously used as mediator variables.The dual mediation model uses a questionnaire survey to conduct empirical research.SPSS24.0,AMOS20.0 and PROCESS plug-in are used in data statistics and analysis for 295 valid samples,the results show that:(1)Inclusive leadership has a positive predictive effect on innovation behavior,error management atmosphere perception and error orientation.(2)Error management atmosphere perception and error orientation have positive predictive effects on innovation behavior;(3)Error management atmosphere perception and error orientation have dual mediating effects on inclusive leadership's influence on innovation behavior;(4)The mediating effect of error orientation in the dual mediation model is greater than the mediating role of error management atmosphere perception;(5)The direct impact of inclusive leadership on innovation behavior is significantly greater than the indirect effect formed by error management atmosphere perception and error orientation.Based on the results of empirical research,the promotion measures for employee innovation behavior are proposed from the leadership level,organization level and individual level,which provides certain theoretical support and reference for enterprise management practice.
