In the date of knowledge economy, as the development of science and technology like internet, mobile big data, Innovation has become an important method to acquire competitive advantage for a company. For modern enterprises, talent competition is quite crucial. Employees' innovative behavior has become an important source for enterprises to obtain new science and technology and management methods. Innovation means constant trying, and also the risk of error. Error management culture, as an important environmental factors of organization innovation, has been increasingly brought to the attention of the academic industry. The inner mechanism between error management and innovative is important for enterprises to build error management culture and motivate employees' innovation intrinsic motivation. This article attempts to build the impacting mechanism of error management culture on employee innovative behavior through creative self-efficacy and explore the mediation effect of individual factors.The investigation of this article was through the way of paper questionnaire and network questionnaire. 350 questionnaires were collected in wuhan, changsha, suzhou,shenzhen and other places, and 220 questionnaires were recycled. The recycling rate is62.86%. Respondents were mainly composed of workers in the enterprises, and most of them has worked in enterprises for 2 or more years. On the other hand, they were from different job levels ranging from the grass-roots level to the top level. Then, data analysis was implemented with the correlation analysis and structural equation model test. The results showed that positive error management culture has significant influence on employee innovative behavior. Error mastery, error open communication and error risk bearing can improve employees' innovative behavior. Error antipathy had negative influence on employees' innovative behavior, but the effect was not significant. The positive error management culture, moreover, can increase creative self-efficacy. Creative self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in the relationship between error management culture and employees' innovative behavior. Error mastery, error open communication and error risk bearing can not only promote employees' innovation directly but also through creative self-efficacy indirectly.Finally, based on the above research results, this article put forward suggestions like building error management culture and cultivating employees' creative qualities from the individual level and inner environment level. At last, it put forward the deficiency existing in this research and future research directions.
