| With frequent meetings between China and DPRK,the situation is favorable and the Yalu River Scenic Spot in Dandong is an astonishing upheaval.However,there are also many problems in the rapid development of Yalu River Scenic Spot,which mainly focus on the quality of service,facilities construction,traffic management and other aspects.These seriously affect the quality of the tourists’ experience and result in low satisfaction of tourists and low revisit ratio.As a result,these problems influence the whole development process of border tourism.Tourist source is the basis for the survival and development of tourist destination,and the tourist satisfaction directly affects the sustainable development of scenic spots.Only by practically meeting the needs of tourists can we improve the satisfaction level of tourists and enhance the loyalty to scenic spots,thus promoting the better development of local tourism.This paper introduces the related theory of tourists’ satisfaction into the study on the development countermeasures of Dandong Yalu River Scenic Spot.After summarizing the relevant literature and the latest research finding of tourist satisfaction of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper puts forward the evaluation model of tourist satisfaction index of Dandong Yalu River Scenic Spot and constructs the evaluation index system of tourists’ satisfaction of Dandong Yalu River Scenic Spot based on tourists’ satisfaction.The evaluation of tourists’ satisfaction about Yalu River Scenic Spot mainly focuses on the overall image of the tourist destination,the satisfaction degree of tourists’ experience quality in six various elements of border tourism and the loyalty of tourists,etc.There are 33 indicators in the evaluation of tourists’ satisfaction on Yalu River Scenic Spot.Taking the Dandong Yalu River Scenic Spot,the most famous tourist destination in the border of China and North Korea as the research object,this paper counted and analyzed the current situation of tourist satisfaction in Dandong Yalu River Scenic Spot by combining SPSS analysis method and IPA analysis method,and concluded that the overall satisfaction of Dandong Yalu River Scenic Spot is "general".Based on this,the paper puts forward to improve the overallservice quality and personnel management level.The countermeasures to promote the tourism development of Yalu River scenic spot include optimizing the construction of tourist routes and functional facilities,actively innovating unique catering culture,supervising the shopping environment and product quality,defining the level of consumer prices,and creating a golden time for evening tours in Dandong. |
