With the development of society,Information and Communications Technology has been improved greatly,and the technical requirements and traffic demands of this industry also surged dramatically.Therefore,it should pay great attention to the staff training and the improvement of company development among the Information and Communications Technology industry.During the staff training processes,it would confront with different kinds of problems and some affecting factors,resulting in poor training effects,which are far below the expectations.After a series of events,operators of Information and Communications Technology industry have significantly realized the deficiencies of the current training system,and already put forward many specific suggestions to improve the training conditions.Then these two aspects to be mentioned below are not only the requirements but also challenges to the staff training in Information and Communications Technology industry.Firstly,how to improve the operators’,satisfactions to the staff training,whose effects equal to the training quality.Secondly,how to maintain sufficient competiveness in the ever-changing market.The effects of these two aspects are the intuitive evaluations of the trainees,but also the operation performance of Information and Communications Technology.In this context,this paper is to analyze the quality management of staff training projects in M Information and Communications Technology Corporate(M corporate)on the base of project management and training quality management theories,including the company introduction to M Corporate,overview of staff training projects and the existed problems in the past training projects.Therefore,the analysis of the quality management of staff training projects in M Corporate will focus on the following five stages,including initiation,planning,and execution,monitoring and ending stages.To be specific,the planning stage will focus on the descriptions of the management of training staff plan in M Corporate from the following four perspectives,including time,venue,trainee and cost.For the execution aspect,it would conclude the affecting factors for the project quality management based on the researches in execution stage,including trainee,management,method and qualified teacher,and then to acquire the assessment results of the training project through the descriptions of ground work for the project quality management.Finally,the pre-training quality control,critical point control,quality inspection,all-around quality assessment and the quality control sheet formulation will be reflected on the monitoring stage.In order to solve the personnel training issue and achieve the target of improving the quality management of training project for M Corporate staff significantly,it should be accomplished by the training project with scientificity and reasonability,together with effective project quality management method.Meanwhile,through the analysis of the whole process of this training quality management and the decent comments for the quality control effects,it could come to the conclusion that the quality management has the positive effect on the staff training project for M Corporate. |
