Research On The Project Management Of The Staff Training Information System Construction In BG Company

After its additional acquisitions, BG Company, transferred from a single manufacturing unit into a number of iron and steel manufacturing units in charge of various regions, chemical companies and more than70subsidiaries, has undergone the historical changes in the scope of management, operation model and other aspects. Simultaneously, with the increasingly fierce market competition, the talent strategy has become the primary strategy of any enterprise, which requires BG Company continuously optimizing and improving the human resource management model according to its external and internal conditions. In accordance with the overall deployment on the integration of the iron and steel industry of the company, the integration of the human resource management has been further enhanced and the management model of human resource optimized, while the current personnel information system is difficult to meet the demand of the human resource management under the new circumstances. To avoid the constraints on management brought by the information system, it is emergent and imperative to build a human resource information system which matches the strategy of the company.The title of this paper is the construction project of the BG staff training information system. With the application of the related theory on project management, this paper will make a systematic research on the subproject among construction projects of the BG Company human resource information system and the project management of Staff Training Information system construction. The whole paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter1has put up with the ideas, main contents and the methods of the research mainly based on the characteristics of the BG Staff Training Information System construction project. The introduction on its organizational structure, human resource situation, production composition and the definition of project management, development process, and knowledge systems and so on is shown in Chapter2. Chapter3discusses the starting process of the BG Staff Training Information System construction project and explains the necessity and feasibility of start of the BG Staff Training Information System construction project. Combined with the target of BG Staff Training Information System construction project and the project management theory, Chapter4has put forward the plans of the BG Staff Training Information System construction project, including the scope and schedule of planning, quality planning, human resources planning, communications planning, risk planning, etc. Chapter5has mainly discussed the implementation and control of the BG Staff Training Information System construction project, such as the execution and control of the schedule planning, quality planning and human resource planning, etc. Last but not least, Chapter6is the conclusion of the whole paper.
