Research On Regional Tourism Cooperation Between Guanzhong And Tianshui Economic Zone

The wave of economic globalization has promoted the development of regional economy towards integration,intensified market competition,connected closer among countries,regions and cities,and more detailed social division of labor,all of which have promoted the concept of cooperation gradually penetrate into all walks of life.Tourism has become a new point of economic growth in many countries because of its industrial advantages such as high correlation and strong multiplier effect.Under the influence of this trend,more and more countries,regions and cities have embarked on the road of tourism cooperation.Since the 1990 s,China's tourism industry has entered the fast track of development,and at the same time,the competition between industries has become increasingly fierce.After experiencing the competition of tourist routes and scenic spots,it has entered the era of regional tourism competition.In order to win a place in the competition of tourism,provinces and cities of our country began to set foot on the road of cooperation for “win-win”.In June 2009,the state officially issued the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone Development Plan,which elevated the development and construction of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone to the level of national construction.Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone belongs to Shaanxi and Gansu provinces and is a cross-border economic zone.It is adjacent to each other in geographical position,connected in river basin and culture.It is the core zone of China's humanistic tourism and has good conditions for regional tourism cooperation.With the proposal of the “Silk Road Economic Belt” strategy,the tourism cooperation between Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone that located in the golden section of China,which has ushered in a rare opportunity for development once again.However,according to the actual situation of tourism cooperation in this economic zone,the cooperation is still in the primary stage and there is still a big gap compared with the eastern developed areas.In order to further promote the development of regional tourism cooperation between Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone,this paper puts forward the mode and development suggestions of regional tourism cooperation at the present stage from different perspectives.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance of thispaper,summarizes and comments on foreign and domestic related research,and introduces the content,ideas,methods and innovation points of this paper.The second chapter is the related concept and theoretical basis.Based on the existing literature,the basic concept of regional tourism cooperation is systematically elaborated,and relevant theories are selected as the theoretical support for the following discussion.The third chapter is the analysis of driving force and basic conditions of regional tourism cooperation between Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone.The cooperation motive force aspect mainly carries on the analysis through the external and the internal angles;Basic conditions are analyzed from five aspects including geography,resources,culture,vision and policy driving.The fourth chapter is the present situation and existing problems of regional tourism cooperation between Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone.Firstly,a comparative analysis is made on the tourism economic development of the region in the past five years(2013-2017).Secondly,the development process and characteristics of regional tourism cooperation are analyzed.Finally,the problems and reasons in the cooperation are analyzed comprehensively.The fifth chapter is the analysis of regional tourism cooperation mode of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone.According to the current situation and characteristics of tourism cooperation in this region,specific modes of tourism cooperation in this region at the present stage are put forward from the perspectives of cooperative subjects,geographical space,resources and industrial factors.The sixth chapter is the suggestion of regional tourism cooperation development of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone.The paper puts forward suggestions on the development of the regional tourism cooperation from six aspects: development awareness,tourism planning,characteristic products,tourism brand,information platform and market supervision.The seventh chapter is the conclusion,deficiency and prospect.It is hoped that the cooperation mode and development suggestions that put forward in this paper will be of certain reference value to promote the in-depth development of regional tourism cooperation between Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone.
