Research On Financial Support Of Economy Development In Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone

<Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone Development Plan>(the GTEZ for shore)waspromulgated by the State Council,June,25th,2009. The plan has a target to build the GTEZ intoa National Inland Economic Development and Strategic Highland in about10years. Thevarious countriesËŠexperience indicated that: the financial development is the important strutcondition to the modern economic growth. So it has theoretical and practical significance toknow how to support the economy development in Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone bythe development of financial.This paper is studying the relationship of financial development and economic growth ofthe zone. So that we can find the way of how to promote economic development by thefinance. This research mainly from the theoretical basis of the specific, current situationanalysis, empirical research, suggestions. The paper was discussed in six chapters. Chapter1is introduction. It mainly introduces the necessity, the methods and the framework of theresearch. Chapter two is literature review. Firstly review the theories of economic growth andfinancial development, and then discuss the documents about the relationship betweenfinancial development and economic growth, at last, comment on the theories and documentsobjectively. Chapter three is the descriptive analysis of present situation of economic growthand financial development from through the data of the economic zone. Chapter four is usingcointegration analysis and causal analysis to study the relationship of financial developmentand economic growth of the economic zone. So we can find the relationship of financialdevelopment and economic growth. Chapter five is the summary and suggestion. Firstly,summarizing the full text. Secondly, giving advice of how to develop the economic of the zoneby the method of finance. At last, proposing the inadequacy of proposed research and futureprospects.
