| As more and more people choose multinational joint ventures,more and more joint ventures,China and Russia become key trading partners,but due to different corporate culture,business philosophy,management experience and other aspects of Sino-Russian joint venture employee management It shows the phenomenon of acclimatization.In order to promote the better development of cooperation between the two countries,the author has done research on the issue of employee management in Sino-Russian joint ventures.The purpose is to solve the problems caused by the differences between Chinese and Russian cultures,so that enterprises can better stand in the world market.This paper studies the corresponding measures applied in the process of employee management development of Sino-Russian joint ventures,and then points out the problems existing in the status of employee management research of Gazprom Co.,Ltd.,proposes solutions or perfects existing solutions..Thereby helping enterprises to establish a relatively complete Sino-Russian joint venture employee management system.The purpose is to design a feasible employee management mechanism in different forms of cultural atmosphere,so as to rationally allocate enterprise resources,maximize the value and potential of enterprise human resources development and utilization,and more effectively improve the management level and comprehensive benefits of the enterprise.In the process of joint venture operation,due to different moral concepts and values of employees of different cultural backgrounds,there will be certain conflicts between employees and employees of Sino-Russian joint ventures and between employees and managers.This kind of conflict is non-linear,indirect,intrinsic and harmonious.In the process of Sino-Russian joint ventures,the problems that exist here cannot be ignored.This paper firstly defines the concept and the theoretical basis of employee management,and discusses the current situation,problems and causes of employee management of Gazprom.Finally,it proposes countermeasures for problems arising in the management of employees in Sino-Russian joint ventures.Based on the current situation and existing problems of the management of Sino-Russian joint ventures,this paper combines the staff management theory to conduct research on the management of Sino-Russian joint ventures,and combines the example of Gazprom to investigate the company’s employee management and find its employees.Problems in management and analysis of causes.In view of the representativeness of Gazprom in Sino-Russian joint ventures,the countermeasures for employee management in Sino-Russian joint ventures are proposed. |
