Russia and China has a boarder in common,which is more that 4300 kilometers.This and many other geographical factors can not,but influence the development of Chinese and Russian joint ventures.The relationship between China and Russia has reached a new stage.In the field of cooperation and joint venture between the two countries,scientific and technological innovation and scientific management are still important factors for the development of enterprises.China’s economic development has improved.The level of joint venture between Russia and China has also arouseds.There are many policies and political organizations that support the development of Sino Russian joint ventures,including the participation of non-profit organizations,which are also promoting the development of Sino Russian joint ventures.In the present diploma,the “Gazprom” company,a joint venture company,is used as an object of studying the cross-cultural management of Sino Russian joint ventures.The history,religious,natural conditions,climate conditions,economic level,social system,state system and other cultural differences have formed the world.Under Multicultural conditions,cultural conflicts,conflicts of interest and conflict of value goals will inevitably arise.The following research shows that the smaller the cultural differences,the smaller the cultural conflict,and the smaller the impact on business management.Based on the theoretical basis of corporate culture management,this paper studies the cultural differences between China and Russia as a method to find a way to solve the cross cultural management of Sino Russian joint ventures,which can improve the management level of Sino Russian joint ventures.Firstly,this paper explores the strategic elements of cross cultural management and their impact on business management.This paper expounds the background,significance,research status and research ideas and methods of the research of the strategic elements of cross culture management.On the basis of the systematic review of the classic theory of cross-cultural management at home and abroad,the cross cultural management analysis model of Sino Russian joint ventures and the cultural measurement methods,the cross cultural management of Sino Russian joint ventures is introduced.A systematic study was carried out.Secondly,this paper makes a systematic analysis and exposition of cross-cultural management phenomena by means of comparative study and literature analysis.The research analyzes the concept of "emotions" in Chinese and Russian enterprise management culture,the concept of "power distance" in Chinese and Russian enterprise management culture,the concept of "collectivism" and "individualism" in Chinese and Russian enterprise management culture,and the consept of “timing” in China and Russia.Based on the study of cross-cultural management of the Sino foreign joint venture(as an example of Russian Natural Gas Industry Corporation-”Gazprom”),the reasons of cultural misunderstandings have been analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures have been put forward.
