Research On Tourism Development In Panjin City

At present,tourism is one of the largest,most dynamic and emerging industries in the world.Therefore,in order to promote rapid economic growth,many countries have taken tourism as a key development sector,and tourism resources are the key factors for tourism development.Scientific and rational development of tourism resources can not only realize the harmonious coexistence of economic,social and ecological benefits,but also enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of tourism through scientific planning and promote the sustainable development of regional tourism.Taking Pan Jin city government as an example,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of tourism management,summarizes the problems affecting tourism management from the perspective of government administration,and puts forward some rationalization countermeasures and suggestions.For other small cities in the tourism management model to provide a reference.Through consulting a large number of materials,this paper studies the relevant theories about tourism management at home and abroad in detail,and defines concepts such as tourism,tourism resources,and global tourism.The public goods theory,government intervention theory,government coordination theory and sustainable development theory are expounded.At the same time,this paper summarizes the tourism resources of Pan Jin city,explains the current situation of the tourism management of Pan Jin city,and designs a questionnaire to analyze the problems existing in the tourism management of Pan Jin city.There are four main points: the government's market supervision is not strong,the order of tourism resources development is chaotic,the government's supply of public goods is not perfect,and the government's propaganda is not strong and targeted.The reasons for the problems are the imperfect government regulatory system,the lack of scientific development planning,the lack of public service awareness,and the unreasonable publicity and management mechanism.This paper selects the domestic and foreign cities for experience and inspiration,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the tourism management level of Pan Jin city,and improves the tourism management of Pan Jin city from four aspects,such as strengthening government functions,innovating tourism resources,improving public services,and increasing publicity.
