Study On The Improvement Of Residential Welfare Of City Shanty Town In Taiyuan City

Taiyuan city shantytowns have been transformed for more than ten years.With more and more families moving back,demolition、 compensation and other aspects of the policy gradually improve,it is meaningful to investigate and analyze the impact of the residents' living conditions.In this paper,Taiyuan city shantytowns residents living changes as the object of analysis:After expounding the relevant theories of shantytowns reform and residential welfare,review of Taiyuan city shanty towns transformation policy," Taiyuan city shanty towns transformation special planning scheme(2015-2017)" and the implementation of the it;based on the previous research indicators of welfare improvement of residential welfare in the existing literature,combined with the actual situation in Taiyuan City,an index system was established to measure the improvement of residents' residential welfare after the renovation of city shantytown in Taiyuan City,including 2 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators,21 third-level indicators;A total of 417 valid questionnaires have been distributed and the questionnaires have been sortes out for the 13 communities in Taiyuan;Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the changes of objective living conditions and subjective living evaluation before and after the reform;The fuzzy evaluation method is used to scientifi cally evaluate the objective and subjective changes and the membership、 weight and total fuzzy evaluation value of each index before and after the transformation.After empirical analysis,it is found that the residents' welfare in shantytowns in Taiyuan has been improved but the level is still low.According to the actual situation,four suggestions for improving the residents' welfare of shanty-family relocated residents in Taiyuan are proposed: First,the planning level of shantytowns reconstruction should be improved,including the construction of residential buildings according to legal standards,and improvement of supporting facilities around the community;Second,they must actively explore the “common ownership housing model” to reduce the pressure on the residents when they move back.Third,it is necessary to enrich the residential activities.The residential activities of the community are organized by residents who have the same hobbies to make them familiar with each other,and ultimately rebuild the neighborhood relations of the community.Finally,promote Residents Autonomy in order to reduce the cost of living.There are two points of innovation in this article: First,the source of data is more reasonable.After comprehensively reviewing the city shanty towns transformation and planning plans in Taiyuan City,questionnaires were sent to the relocated residents in the shanty towns to obtain the true feeling of the residents.Second,the questionnaire design is more suitable for Taiyuan City.In the process of questionnaire design,we strive to fully understand the changes in the subjective feelings of the individuals living in the squatter settlements due to changes in the living environment from both subjective and objective perspectives.
