Research On The Impact Of Digital Economy Industry Development On The Optimization And Upg Rading Of Industrial Structure

China is in the critical stage of industrial restructuring.It is necessary to speed up the adjustment of the industrial structure in accordance with the requirements of adapting to the new normal of economic development,and strive to achieve the maj or goal of economic transformation and upgrading.The digital economy industry is an emerging industry supported by digital technology,and the integration with various industries is triggering new industrial changes.The digital economy industry plays an important role in the upgrading and transformation of the industry and the expansion of new industries,and has become a new impetus for the upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,studying the role of digital economy industry in optimizing and upgrading industrial structure is of great significance to grasping the opportunities of digital economic industry development and completing the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure.In this paper,we take the promoting ef-fect of digital economy industry on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure as the main research route,focusing on the impact mechanism of digital economy industry on industrial structure upgrading,the development status of digital economy industry and industrial structure,and the empirical relationship between digital economic industry and industrial structure optimization and upgrading.Furthermore,from the perspective of the development of digital economy industry,this paper proposes the policy recommendations for the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper studies the influence path of digital economy industry on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.From the perspectives of traditional industrial transformation,new industry formation and demand-side reshaping,the paper analyzes the impact path of digital economy industry on industrial structure,and analyzes the impact of digital economy industry on optimization and upgrading of three industries.2.This paper analyzes the development status of China's digital economy industry and industrial structure.On the basis of the status quo of China's digital economy industry and industrial structure development,the application of social network analysis method to industrial structure analysis makes the analysis of digital economy industry more comprehensive,and can further discover the problems of China's industrial structure.The research results show that:(1)The scale of China's digital economy industry is constantly expanding,digital technology is continuously improving,and the digital economy has brought tremendous changes to the society.However,from an industrial perspective,the status of China's digital economy industry in the industrial network has not changed much,and it has been in a medium position.The role of the industrial network is still not obvious.The leading role in the industrial network is still the traditional industry.(2)The digital economy industry has a high correlation with high-tech industries and life service industries,but has a low degree of integration with traditional industries such as the primary industry and heavy industry in the secondary industry.3.This paper establishes a panel data model to study the impact of digital economy industry on the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure.Firstly,we construct a measurement index system for the development level of the digital economy industry from the perspectives of scale and efficiency,technological innovation capability,penetration and application level,and measure the development level of the digital economy industry.Secondly,the level of industrial structure optimization and upgrading is measured from the aspects of advanced industrial structure and rationalization of industrial structure.Finally,using the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2016,the paper analyzes the impact of digital economy industry on the upgrading and rationalization of China's industrial structure,and introduces financial level,foreign investment and consumer demand as control variables.The research results show that the digital economy industry has a significant positive impact on advanced industrial structure and the rationalization of industrial structure.
