Measurement Of The Development Scale Of China’s Digital Economy Industry And Analysis Of Industrial Correlation Evolution

At present,the international economic situation is complex and changeable,and the domestic economic development is slowed down by the epidemic,and it is in a painful period from high-speed development to high-quality development.Digital technology innovation has been paid more and more attention,and the scale of digital economy is growing rapidly.Technology penetration affects all walks of life,which is an important starting point for stabilizing economic growth and promoting economic transformation.There are still some shortcomings in the existing research on exploring the evolution of industry correlation from the scale measurement of digital economy.Some studies ignore the integration of digital economy industries,some studies are not perfect in the classification and stripping methods of digital economy industries,and there are even fewer studies around the input-output network of digital economy.Therefore,this paper defines the core digital economy industry based on "Digital Economy and its Core Industry Classification(2021)",measures the scale of digital economy industry,explores the relationship between digital economy and other industries,and evaluates the change of the role of digital economy industry in the input-output network of national economy,so as to provide reference suggestions for promoting the new development pattern of domestic and international double circulation and accelerating the digital transformation of traditional economy.This paper first compares the Digital Economy and its Core Industry Classification(2021)with the Industrial Classification of the National Economy(2017)to determine the industrial sectors and the stripped digital economy industries in which the digital economy input-output table is constructed.The scale of the digital economy industry is measured by the adjustment coefficient method and the number of employees method on the basis of the correction of the scale factor,and then by the distribution coefficient,consumption coefficient,sensitivity coefficient The influence coefficient analyzes the forward and backward correlation of the digital economy industry,explores the evolution of the industry with a high degree of correlation of the digital economy over time,and finally constructs the input-output network based on the direct consumption coefficient and the complete distribution coefficient of the digital economy input-output table,analyzes its network characteristics and changes in the role of the digital economy industry in the national economy network.Finally,this paper draws the following conclusions: first,the scale of digital economy is expanding,and its structural proportion in the national economic system is also increasingly important;Second,the digital economy industry has a strong self-correlation,and the industries with high correlation gradually change from manufacturing to service industry.In addition,the industries related to digital infrastructure have made important contributions to the digital economy industry.Third,the demand of other industrial sectors can promote the development of digital economy industry,while the supply of digital economy industry can promote the development of other industrial sectors;Fourth,the digital economy industry occupies an important position in the national economic system,but it is relatively difficult to establish technical and economic ties with some industrial sectors due to technical bottlenecks;Fifth,the digital economy industry has an obvious "bridge" function and has a certain ability to drive economic recovery and growth.
