Research On The Impact Of The Development Of Digital Trade On The Optimization And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

In the context of accelerating the construction of a new development pattern in my country,it is imperative to effectively control the industrial development pattern and optimize the industrial structure.In recent years,the scale and quality of digital trade have steadily improved,providing strong momentum for the reshaping of global supply chains,industrial chains,and value chains,and bringing new solutions to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Sharing economy,platform economy,manufacturing intelligence,e-commerce and other new models,and the emergence and integration of new business forms will further promote the upgrading of traditional industries and continuously enrich my country’s industrial content and industrial level.However,the current research on the development level of digital trade is not perfect,a unified theoretical framework has not been established,and there is even less research on the relationship between digital trade and industrial structure.Therefore,studying how to scientifically measure the level of digital trade development and studying the impact of digital trade development on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is of great significance for my country to seize the opportunities for digital trade development and promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.This article first combed the domestic and foreign literature on digital trade and industrial structure,and based on the existing research results,systematically explained the mechanism of the influence of the development of digital trade on the optimization and upgrading of my country’s industrial structure.Secondly,a comprehensive indicator system for the development level of digital trade was established,and the entropy evaluation model was used to measure and evaluate the development level of digital trade in 31 provinces and cities in my country,and then to study its spatial evolution characteristics,and use the Dagum Gini coefficient method to measure the spatial evolution.The difference is analyzed.Third,the level of industrial structure optimization and upgrading is measured through two aspects of advancedization and rationalization,and the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in my country from 2008 to 2019 are used to test the impact of digital trade development on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure using multiple regression and adjustment effect analysis.Influence.Finally,on the basis of the foregoing analysis,specific policy recommendations that can enhance the development level of my country’s digital trade and improve my country’s industrial structure are given.The main research conclusions of this paper include:(1)The development level of digital trade in my country has been steadily increasing,showing a spatial pattern of "high in the east and low in the west,high in the south and low in the north".On the whole,there is an opposite spatial pattern.The potential of digital trade in the subsystem is better,followed by digital platform trade,digital industry trade,and digital infrastructure.(2)Digital trade development level system coupling coordination degree is in the middle coordination area with the largest number and the fastest growth.Shanxi,Heilongjiang,Ningxia,Gansu,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai,and Tibet have always been at a low coordination level during the inspection period.(3)The overall gap in the development of my country’s digital trade mainly comes from differences between regions,and the proportion of differences between regions is relatively small.From the perspective of intra-regional differences,the northern coastal areas have the largest intra-regional differences,while the middle reaches of the Yangtze River have the smallest intra-regional differences.From the perspective of inter-regional differences,the largest differences are between the northwest and the east,north,and southern coastal areas.The inter-regional differences between the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,the middle reaches of the Yellow River,the northeast and the southwest are relatively small.A general phenomenon of weak synergy.(4)The development of digital trade has an obvious promotion effect on the optimization and upgrading of my country’s industrial structure.Compared with the rationalization of the industrial structure,it has a greater impact on the advancement of the industrial structure.The increase in consumer spending will strengthen the role of digital trade development in promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.This effect also has regional differences.The higher the level of digital trade development,the more prominent the improvement and improvement of the industrial structure.Based on the industrial structure optimization effect of digital trade,this article believes that my country should speed up the improvement of digital infrastructure construction and expand the opening of digital trade to the outside world;give play to the linkage and complementarity between regions,formulate a coordinated upgrade strategy for digital trade development according to local conditions;promote various types Reasonable flow and efficient aggregation of resources promote the formation of agglomeration effects;strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in the digital field,and improve the technological innovation capabilities at the digital basic level.
