As China’s economic development enters a new normal and the rapid transformation of growth momentum,the financial industry has also changed with the slowdown in economic growth and structural upgrading.For the 6th anniversary of the restructuring of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank,its development also faces major challenges.Along with the further improvement of interest rate marketization,the rapid rise of Internet finance,the continuous deepening of "strong supervision and strict supervision",and a series of external new problems,as well as the narrowing of net interest margin,the disconnection of management models,and the rapid expansion of credit in the past.A series of internal development challenges such as asset quality pressures followed.At the same time,the mobile Internet is hitting the financial industry with unprecedented impact.The Internet,O2O,new retail,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,blockchain,and the speed of technological iterations are beyond people’s imagination.The survival rules and development patterns are also A profound change has followed.The fundamental requirements of detaching from the reality and returning to the source,and profound changes in the economic,financial,and technological situations have all pushed the banking industry into a new era of transformation and development.The grassroots network outlets,as the frontier position of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank to serve the three rural areas,serve urban and rural residents,and serve small and medium-sized enterprises,are also facing unprecedented pressure.In order to adapt to market changes and cope with the competition of the industry,especially the impact of Internet finance,it is extremely urgent for Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of grassroots outlets through the transformation of grassroots outlets.Based on the relevant theories of strategic transformation,this paper conducts detailed research and analysis on the transformation strategy of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank’s grassroots network.Firstly,the PEST analysis method is used to analyze the macro environment of the political,social,economic and technological aspects of the grassroots network of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank.Then,the five kinds of competitive quantity models of Porter are used to analyze the potential entrants of the grassroots outlets of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank.Industry competition environment in five aspects:suppliers,substitutes,buyers and competitors in the industry.Secondly,through analyzing the current situation of the management of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank’s grassroots outlets,this paper systematically analyzes the resources,capabilities,advantages and disadvantages of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank’s grassroots outlets,and summarizes the problems in its operation process.According to the actual situation of the grassroots outlets of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank,the SWOT analysis of the grassroots outlets of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank was carried out,and the transformation plan of the grassroots outlets of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank was designed and elaborated,and the implementation measures of the plan were explained in detail.Finally,the implementation evaluation and guarantee of the grassroots network transformation plan of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank was introduced.The research results of this paper can not only guide the transformation of the grassroots network of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank,but also have a reference role for the transformation of other peers in other regions.
