In recent years,with the rise of various joint-stock commercial Banks,urban commercial Banks,private Banks,small loan companies and other financial institutions,the oligopoly situation of the four state-owned Banks in the past is gone,and the competition between Banks is increasingly intensified.Competition in the industry has expanded from the pure competition in financial products and services to the competition in all fields such as channels,models and processes.In the "Internet +" in the era of big background,the third-party payment,big data,P2P network,the raise,the network bank loan financial business began to appear and Internet rapid development,with the diversification of database management,experiential service of humanity,020 cohesion of integration,the traditional banking sector to bring unprecedented pressure.With the deep integration of Internet +,financial technology and industrial application,the financial market has undergone profound changes,presenting new features such as mobile terminal,intelligent equipment,diversified scenes and personalized demands.Service delivery has also expanded from traditional physical branches to the Internet,and the number of users and transaction scale has been rapidly expanded.The rapid development and extensive application of Internet finance has exerted a profound impact on the operation mode of traditional Banks.In the total transaction volume of personal current account of agricultural bank,third-party transactions such as alipay and WeChat account accounted for more than 60%.In order to adapt to market changes,cope with the competition of Internet finance and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of outlets,the strategic transformation of ABC zouping sub-branch grassroots outlets is imminent.Based on the theory of strategic transformation,this paper studies and analyzes the transformation strategy of basic branches in agricultural bank zouping county.First,the macro marketing environment of politics,society,economy and economy is analyzed by PEST analysis method.Then,the industrial competitive environment of potential entrants,suppliers,substitutes,buyers and competitors in the industry is analyzed by combining five competitive power models of porter.Secondly,by analyzing the operation status of the basic branches in agricultural bank zouping county,this paper systematically studied and analyzed their resources,capabilities,advantages and disadvantages,and summarized the existing problems in the operation process.According to the situation of agricultural bank zouping branch in zouping county,this paper summarizes and designs the transformation scheme of basic branches in agricultural bank zouping county,and explains the implementation measures of the scheme.At last,it introduces the implementation evaluation and guarantee of the transformation scheme of ABC zouping sub-branch.The research results of this paper can not only guide the transformation strategy of basic branches of agricultural bank zouping county branch,but also guide the transformation work of other Banks in the region.
