In the new era,the development of the banking industry is facing severe challenges.The development speed of commercial banks is declining and it is urgent to obtain new impetus through transformation and upgrading.However,commercial bank outlets belong to their basic units and have a great influence on the development of banks.Therefore,we should pay more attention to them and strengthen the transformation investment.This study,based on technology and finance,analyzes the problems and formulates strategies for the transformation of commercial bank outlets from the aspects of science and technology,products,personnel,services,marketing,etc.The purpose is to promote the rapid transformation,reasonable transformation and effective transformation of primary outlets of commercial banks,thus improving the transformation effect and benefits and providing guarantee for the rapid development of commercial banks.In the process of research,we mainly used the methods of literature review,on-the-spot investigation and interview to investigate WF bank's outlets,summarize its transformation status,analyze its transformation needs,accurately locate its transformation direction,and summarize the problems in its transformation.Then through the transformation experience of Societe Generale Bank,Zhaoxing Bank and Minsheng Bank,we can draw inspiration and apply it to the transformation of WF Bank's grassroots outlets to formulate transformation plans and solve corresponding problems.The conclusions are as follows:First,based on the thinking of the Internet and the characteristics of technology and finance,an overall strategy for the transformation of commercial bank outlets should be established.Modern intelligent equipment should be used and multi-functional service systems should be used instead of manual operation.Second,the transformation of network personnel,business development mode,service and product design will be realized.Product marketing will be transformed into service marketing,and accurate marketing and intelligent wind control will be carried out to increase customer satisfaction and trust in the experience.Third,different outlets and different transformation plans cannot be generalized.Fourth,create personalized products,establish a good corporate image,realize functional zoning,give different feelings to differentage groups,and enhance the actual effect;Fifth,the transformation of outlets should be carried out continuously and in stages,instead of blindly seeking success.
