With the deepening of financial openness and the promotion of the Internet to the financial market,state-owned commercial banks are only facing fierce competition among their peers,and third-party payment tools such as We Chat,Alipay,and Yizhifu Payment are increasingly competing for traditional banking.Market share.The bank's basic-level outlets serve as a basic unit for banks to face consumers.Their main function is to meet the basic needs of consumers.China's state-owned banks still adopt the traditional business philosophy.The layout,functions,and financial products of outlets are also similar.This is inconsistent with the increasingly diverse needs of users,making it difficult to meet the individualized financial needs of companies and individual users.In view of this,the grassroots network of state-owned commercial banks in China urgently needs to make changes.This article combines domestic and foreign relevant theoretical research,divided into six parts to elaborate the relevant content.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic of the thesis,and gives a brief overview of the research ideas and research framework of this paper.The second part summarizes the theory needed by the research of this dissertation,so that the research of this dissertation has practical theoretical support.At the same time,it introduces the direction of the dissertation's topic selection and relevant research at home and abroad.The third part focuses on analyzing the current state of affairs of the state-owned commercial bank outlets in the actual analysis of the problems faced by the primary-level outlets during the emergence of the middle finger,thus further pointing out the necessity of the urgent need for the transition of state-owned commercial banks.The fourth part analyzes the transformation of the branch of the Bank of S ongshan South Road in Zhengzhou City of the Bank of China.Firstly,it explains its i nternal and external conditions and the specific measures it has taken in recent years in the transformation of outlets.It analyzes and summarizes the results of the phased transformation and compares the actual business conditions of the outlets.Inadequ ate support for transformation measures.In chapter five,aiming at the shortcomings in the transformation effect of the previous stage,we put forward specific transformation and improvement measures to make the network transformation more scientific and timely.The last part is the conclusion.
