The development of a city is a process of constant material exchange,energy flow and information transmission with the outside world.In this process,the city is usually placed in the network space.The spatial relationship network between cities can reflect the degree of cooperation and exchange among cities in a region in terms of population,capital and information.The network shaped by "flow space" can integrate the spatial relations among the cities in the region,and then affect the rational layout of the regional infrastructure,traffic trunk lines,industrial functional areas,and so on.At present,the Chinese government has been committed to promoting the development of regional cooperation.Only by measuring the function and status of cities in the whole regional network can we test whether the policies issued have magnified the advantages of each region.Based on the central place theory,core and periphery theory and flow space theory,this article chooses 17 cities in Shandong Province as indicators in the four dimensions of passenger transport,logistics network,financial institutions and Baidu index.Firstly,the initial data are processed by chain network model,and then the structural characteristics of regional spatial network in Shandong Province are explored by social network analysis method.Finally,through the correlation analysis method,the factors affecting the spatial structure of Shandong Province's network are discussed in depth.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the characteristics of network faction combination are different.The human flow network presents a remarkable feature of "single core and multicenter" in space;the logistics network appears as a "dual-core + ring network" structural feature in space;the capital network presents a "single core and multi-center" model;the information network presents a typical "dual core" structure.Secondly,the grid connections in the zoning network are different.In the human flow network,the ability of external connection between cities in the south of Shandong is the weakest,showing a single axis connection in the form of "Linyi-Rizhao";in the logistics network,the density of the logistics network in Western Shandong is the lowest,showing a single axis characteristic with Jinan as the core;and the capital network in eastern Shandong has formed a close two-way fund.In the information network,the connection between cities in Western Shandong is the least;the information connection between cities in this area mainly shows two-way connection with Jinan,while the information connection between other cities is less.Thirdly,the centrality of the network presents great differences.We can see that in the human flow network,the geographical location will greatly affect the population mobility between cities;logistics network is the result of the interaction of urban economic strength and geographical location;capital network is more affected by the economic strength of the city itself;the development of information network is influenced by the popularity of the Internet and the size of population.Fourthly,each network has the same core and periphery structure.There are significant stratification phenomena in the circle structure of the four networks.The core cities in the network present a continuous feature in geographical space,and the matching degree between the core cities in the network and the physical spatial structure of 17 cities in Shandong Province is high.Fifthly,the characteristics of network faction combination are different.Factions in the flow network are the result of the radiation-driven effect of the Jiaoji Railway;logistics factions are the result of the control of several central cities;Qingdao and Weifang are the important channels of logistics links in the peninsula urban agglomeration;the factional combination of the capital network is manifested in the spatial non-adjacent areas realized by the media of the central city and the sub-central city;in the information network,the cities along the Jiaoji Railway have a high degree of information links,while in the intermediaries of Jinan and Qingdao,they realize the long-distance cross-regional information links between cities that are not adjacent to each other in space.Sixth,the spatial structure of regional network in Shandong Province is the result of multiple factors;the scale of urban economy and the size of urban population are highly correlated with each network;the "distance attenuation" effect in geography has a profound impact on the population flow and material flow among cities,while the relationship between capital and information between cities has a weak negative correlation with the distance among cities;at the same time,the promotion and implementation of the regional strategy and the influence of the historical and cultural traditions affect the exchanges and cooperation between the cities in the region.
