Urban Functional Structure Space-time Characteristics And Optimization Research Of Shandong Province Based On The Regional Comparative Advantage

Chinese cities are facing new opportunities and challenges in the 21st century. Economic globalization and regional integration trend, the city's economic activities are not only limit to their own, but also serve greater region, it make the development of urban economic, social and cultural linking to regional development, and made itself into the integration development system in initiative posture. Urban functional structure embodies the links and interaction between different cities, and reflects the system holistic and the task and role in a larger scale of region externally. To carry out overall study of Shandong urban functional structure, to examine the evolution of urban function have great significance in guiding formulation of urbanization policy and regional urban planning.In this paper, based on exploring the dynamic changing trends of urban functional structure in Shandong Province and characteristics of spatial differentiation, it build a comprehensive evaluation system of urban functional structure to carry out comprehensive evaluation of urban functional structure in Shandong province, and basing on the existing problems, propose countermeasures on comparative advantage to optimize urban functional structure of Shandong province.The paper includes six parts.The first part is introduction. First, illustrates research background and significance of urban functional structure, and then introduced the classification stage and main results of domestic, foreign cities and theoretical basis of urban function;The second part is impact assessment of regional comparative advantage to urban functional structure. First, to comment the development of comparative advantage theory and its guiding significance to urban functional structure, and then from five aspects of natural conditions and resource endowments, industrial structure, human capital, institutional factors and technical information to analysis impact of regional comparative advantage to urban functional structure; The third part is dynamic changes of urban functional structure in Shandong province. Urban functional structure changes of Shandong whole group, different sizes and three major region were analyzed separately on macro aspects from 2000 to 2006, at last sum up dynamic changing trends of urban functional structure in Shandong province;The fourth part is spatial differentiation of urban functional structure in Shandong province. through analysis of functional advantage, specialized index and functional strength of cities in Shandong province, come to sum up spatial variation characteristics of urban functional structure, of which 17 central cities and county-level cities are separately studied;The fifth part is comprehensive evaluation of urban functional structure in Shandong province. First, build a reasonable comprehensive evaluation system of urban function, and then the three sub-systems of social development, economic development and infrastructure are studied in principal component analysis method, and finally comprehensive evaluation of urban functional structure in Shandong province are carried out;The sixth part is the optimization countermeasures to urban functional structure of Shandong province. Analysis the problems and development trends of urban functional structure in Shandong province, and propose countermeasures to optimize urban functional structure of Shandong province.The third, fourth and fifth parts are the main body of the thesis.
