At present,the growth rate of China's express delivery is relatively fast and the volume is huge,of which the city express volume accounts for more than 70%.But at the same time,there are still many problems in the express delivery industry.For the government,the development level of the express delivery industry is relatively low,the enterprise's terminal distribution management is chaotic,and the urban environment is polluted.For the express delivery enterprises,the self-built end delivery route,the express delivery cost increases,and the enterprise profit margin shrinks;for the user,Express delivery points are scattered and the user experience is poor.In order to improve the delivery level of express delivery,this paper combines complex network with express delivery industry terminal distribution network,and proposes an optimized urban express delivery network.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the research results of complex network theory,this paper analyzes the application of complex network theory in express delivery industry.The complex network theory is used to analyze the structure of the express delivery network,and the characteristics of the distribution network structure of the express delivery industry and individual enterprises:shortest path,node degree distribution,clustering characteristics and robustness are analyzed.The results indicate that the existing network nodes are unevenly distributed and have poor robustness.(2)In view of the existing problems of the existing terminal distribution network,this paper proposes an optimization scheme for the terminal distribution network.Firstly,analyze the cost of the end distribution network,build a network cost model,and compare multiple network optimization algorithms.According to the characteristics of the network hierarchy,the improved nested BIRCH clustering algorithm is used to plan the common delivery area of the express terminal on the basis of the existing network,and the common distribution center is designed according to the network cost model;(3)Combined with the project research data,and inspired from the nearest neighbor coupling network structure,constructing an emergency terminal common distribution network and analyzing the optimized terminal distribution network.This paper optimizes the end distribution network structure and builds a terminal common distribution network.Compared with before the end network optimization,the network average degree decreases,the robustness is enhanced;the cost of the end distribution network decreases,and the profit margin of the express delivery enterprise increases.The program not only optimizes the network structure,reduces the cost of express delivery,but also brings good social benefits,and has positive significance for the transformation and upgrading of the express delivery industry.
