The express logistics industry in our country has experienced more than ten years of development, and the rapid growth of express delivery business has spawned the problem of urban logistics terminal distribution. There are many problems in traditional express terminal delivery, such as waste of resources, low efficiency and negative externality. These problems not only limit the development of express delivery companies, but also greatly affect the improvement of urban logistics. In recent years, the mode of express terminal joint distribution has gradually appeared and implemented, including cooperative self delivery mode, intelligent express box mode and third-party professional terminal joint distribution mode. The emergence of these distribution modes solves the problem of traditional distribution modes, and becomes a breakthrough to solve the problem of urban distribution. In addition, the competition among express logistics enterprises is fierce. In the service process of terminal outlets, enterprises not only pay attention to the service cost, but also pay more attention to the evaluation of customers. Therefore, this paper takes the layout planning of express terminal joint distribution network as the research object, and establishes a multi-objective optimization model considering the location cost and customer satisfaction of the enterprise as the objective under the condition of satisfying customer demand. Then, the idea of solving the model is put forward, and a suitable algorithm is designed to solve it.Finally,an example is analyzed, and the influence of different customer satisfaction on the conclusion is studied to verify the validity of the model.Specifically, this paper studies from the following aspects.(1)Based on the current situation of express delivery in China, this paper analyzes the existing problems of urban express delivery. This paper analyzes the difference between terminal joint distribution mode and traditional distribution mode, the advantages and distribution characteristics of terminal joint distribution, and concludes the necessity of developing terminal joint distribution.Combined with the domestic and foreign research on terminal joint distribution, the research ideas of this paper are formed.(2)This paper analyzes the relevant methods, ideas and technologies of terminal joint distribution network location. The location method can be divided into qualitative and quantitative. The idea of site selection includes the principle of site selection, factors considered and decision-making steps.K-means algorithm and genetic algorithm are used in this paper.K-means algorithm is used to determine the number and location of alternative points based on the theory of central place. The advantage of genetic algorithm is analyzed and it is determined to be the solution algorithm of this paper.(3)Establish a multi-objective optimization model that considers the total cost of site selection and customer satisfaction.Among them, the cost of enterprise site selection includes network construction costs, two parts of transportation costs and three parts of operating costs.Customer satisfaction is measured by the distance between terminal outlets and customer points, which is reflected in customer distance satisfaction. Then, using constraint method, customer distance satisfaction is transformed into constraint condition, and it is transformed into a single objective model which is easy to solve.Design genetic algorithm and solve the model.(4)The core area of the canal in Beijing city's sub-center is selected for example analysis.Based on genetic algorithm,Matlab is used to find the optimal outlet layout scheme under certain satisfaction, which verifies the effectiveness of the model. Finally, the analysis of the changes in site selection results and site selection costs after changes in satisfaction has provided a basis for the decision-making of the company's express terminal layout.
