Research On The Influence Factors And Optimal Paths Of Terminal Distribution Efficiency Of Express Delivery

The rapid development of modern logistics,betterment of e-commerce demand and policy get together to promote the express industry to actively adapting to the new economic norm,maintaining an ongoing and robust growing trend.In all processes of express delivery services,the terminal distribution which locates in the terminal process of delivery services face directly consumers to provide services.The quality and efficiency of its services often affect the impression of express enterprises.At the present stage,the terminal distribution of express delivery always have high costs of delivery and lack of quality of services and other low distribution efficiency phenomenons,which greatly inhibit the process of efficient operation and intensive production.In this paper,the research purpose is improving the terminal distribution of express delivery.On the basis of reviewing the domestic and foreign literatures and measuring the terminal distribution efficiency of China express delivery from 2007 to 2014,the paper analyzes the influence factors of the terminal distribution efficiency of express delivery and collects the corresponding measurement index.In the empirical analysis,the paper use the measured efficiency value as feature sequence of system,test the influence factors of efficiency by synthetic degree of grey incidence method and build dynamically driving model by GM(1,N)model which contribute to the restricted factors in the efficiency evolution and lay the foundation for establishing reasonable optimal paths of terminal distribution efficiency of express delivery.The analysis results of the terminal distribution efficiency of China express delivery show that: the terminal distribution efficiency of China express delivery shows gradually rising development trend.In the process of rising,the economy environment,Internet,logistics,e-commerce,infrastructure of express delivery and policies factors have played some impacts.The economy environment,logistics,e-commerce and policies have played actively driving impacts.The backward construction of infrastructure of express delivery and the lack of Internet penetration rate also become restricted factors of the improvement the terminal distribution of express delivery,which need to be solved.The optimal paths of terminal distribution efficiency of express delivery should be formulated on the chief basis of eliminating the restricted factors in the efficiency evolution that is strengthening the construction of infrastructure.And it need to combine with the connotation and current situation of the terminal distribution of express delivery,use the optimization of operational efficiency as fundamentally optimal path,graduallytake strategies to achieve the optimization of the optimal paths of service efficiency,marketing efficiency and profit efficiency.The optimal strategies of four optimal paths show that: strengthening the construction of infrastructure,supporting related industries by policies,training service personnel from the terminal process,applying Internet technology,providing value-added services in terminal process,adopting informational analysis techniques and reducing the costs of terminal distribution.These optimal strategies ensure to achieve corresponding optimal paths successfully,at the same time efficiently promote the improvement of terminal distribution efficiency of express delivery,contribute to the intensive production,efficiently running,superior services of express delivery industry,so as to realize the sustainable operation of the logistics industry.
