Research On Enterprise Credit Supervision In Taixing City

Since the reform of China's commercial registration system in 2014,the facilitation of industrial and commercial registration has promoted the vigorous development of market players,but the credit problems of market economy entities have also arisen.This paper takes Taixing City's corporate credit supervision as the research object,combines the actual situation of enterprises in Taixing City,Jiangsu Province,analyzes the status quo of corporate credit supervision,points out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons in depth,and then proposes to improve the Taixing market in Taixing.The EAA has important theoretical and practical significance for the countermeasures of corporate credit supervision.This paper follows the research idea of "theoretical analysis-current situation and problems-analysis of causes-countermeasures".The research content mainly consists of six parts,the first part is the introduction.The second part is the basic concept and related theoretical basis.The third part is the status quo of Taixing City Market Supervision Bureau on corporate credit supervision.The fourth part is the problems and reasons for the supervision of corporate credit by the Taixing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau.The fifth part is the experience of domestic and foreign government departments on the credit supervision of enterprises.The sixth part is to improve the countermeasures of Taixing City Market Supervision Bureau for corporate credit supervision.The research points out that the problems of the Taixing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau on corporate credit supervision mainly lie in the deviation of the understanding of corporate credit supervision.The classification indicators of corporate credit supervision are not standardized.The implementation of corporate credit supervision is not clear,and the market access of enterprises is not clear.Credit supervision is flawed,credit supervision of business operations is still not perfect,and there is a lack of credit supervision for enterprises to withdraw from the market.The reason why the Taixing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau has problems in corporate credit supervision mainly lies in the lagging of the construction of laws and regulations on corporate credit supervision.The reward and punishment mechanism for corporate credit supervision is not perfect.The professional quality of the supervisors of the market supervision bureau is not high,and the market information is not.Symmetry leads to the lack of credit,the implementation of the "wide-intensity and strict management" linkage mechanism is difficult,the lack of guidance on corporate credit construction,and the lack of external supervision mechanism for corporate credit.Based on the experience of domestic and foreign government departments on corporate credit supervision,the author puts forward the local laws and regulations system for the Taixing Municipal People's Congress to improve corporate credit supervision,establish and improve the corporate credit coordination supervision mechanism,establish a scientific enterprise credit evaluation system,and establish and improve The enterprise credit information publicity system platform,improve the credit supervision mechanism for enterprises to withdraw from the market,improve the professional quality of the enterprise credit supervision team.and improve the measures for the credit supervision of the Taixing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau.At the same time,it puts forward suggestions such as guiding enterprises to establish and improve their own credit management system and optimizing the external supervision mechanism of corporate credit supervision.
