The Study Of The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In Taixing City

Since the reform and opening up,our country has developed greatly in some major areas,especially in agriculture and rural areas.Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,on the basis of the current situation,the industry promotes agriculture,and the government subsidies tax,the government had formulated some agriculture policies,according to the previous policy.Those policies are helpful to deepen the reform of rural development constantly,increase the growth of grain production steadily,and increase the income of farmers.As a result,they can promote the construction of the rural infrastructure and the development of social undertakings quickly.The rural situation has changed greatly.Under the background of the rapid development of China's economy,China's urban and rural residents' consumption structure has been adjusted,the number of population has been increased,and the process of industrialization and urbanization has been improved continuously.By contrast,the agricultural development level and speed are relatively slow,which lag behind.The present situation of the industrial and agricultural is very uneven,such as the low agricultural productivity and the level of production.And with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization process,urban employment increases,agriculture and rural employment population continues to decline.The agricultural labor force is difficult to meet the needs of the development of modern agriculture.The rural modernization process needs a lot of new professional farmers who are dynamic and capable urgently.The paper took the comprehensive development of the human capital investment theory,Marx's theory of man's all-round development and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the foundation,the author mainly studies the taixing city farmers cultivating new profession.Through the analysis of questionnaire,it concluded that the comprehensive quality of Taixing city farmers from the new index of professional farmers' comprehensive quality,also there is a large gap.Because of a large number of rural youth inTaixing city,mature labor transfer and agricultural absence or phenomenon is very serious,which hindered the development of modern agriculture in Taixing.While those farmers in the countryside,whose culture,skills and management ability are generally on the low side.This phenomena not only can lead to the development of agricultural development imbalance,slowly,but also cause the farmers' income low.In the future,who will farm and develop agriculture,which become the realistic problems in the development of modern agriculture.The author mainly studied the new professional farmers of Taixing,considered the present situation of the cultivation of new professional farmers,analyzed the situation of the cultivation of new professional farmers in detail.The purpose of this paper is to find the problems of the cultivation,so as to promote the cultivation of new professional farmers.Firstly,the thesis defined farmers,traditional farmers and new professional farmers.It found the significance of the cultivation of new professional farmers.Secondly,it analyzed the present situation of the cultivation of new professional farmers and its problems.It found the problems such as the limited knowledge of farmers,the poor training for farmers,unclear system and the shortage of financial investment for agriculture.It also analyzed the reasons of those problems.So,in combination with the practical situation of new farmers cultivation work in Taixing,it should strengthen the top-level design,build a complete set of top system,update professional ideas,strengthen the ideological guarantee,improve the training content.In order to foster a more comprehensive,rich content,innovative cultivation pattern,it should get rid of old form,enable to foster diversity,promote the support of the government,and create a good policy environment.
