Factors with the change in recent years in the international economic situation,banks and inter industry competition wind up cloud Chung,savvy,for the development of commercial banks caused a lot of challenges and opportunities,the banks have to development strategy adjustment.In order to adapt to the new development strategy,the L branch needs a set of human resource management strategy to match the human resource management strategy,and provide the current and future support to the development of human resources in the transformation.According the internal and external environment,L branch in L line of overall strategy and strategic performance target,using the human resources strategy related theory,through lines of internal and external environmental analysis,L L bank determines that a human resources management strategy and specific strategies.Finally,the human resources management strategy implementation safeguard measures are put forward.The concrete content includes:(1)According the economic environment,policies and regulations,technology environment,social and cultural environment,competitors,customer behavior and so on related to banking and its human resources management of external macro environment factors were analyzed,and the search for L branch operations and human resource management work of the external opportunities and challenges;From the branches of the main business of L,resources present situation,the human resources and management work of the internal factors influencing the L branch human resource management strategy analysis,to determine its ministerial disadvantage and demand for human resources;(2)For the development strategy and strategy to accomplish the L branch performance level as the goal,combined with the analysis results of L branches of internal and external environment,making L branch human resource management strategy,and from recruitment,motivation,salary,benefits,and employee career development dimension formulate specific implementation measures for the implementation of strategy;(3)In order to ensure the strategic implementation,from information technology,organization,capital and so on various aspects put forward safeguard measures,and make a conclusion and outlook for the future of human resource management work.
