The Research On The Development Strategy Of C Bank's Internet Banking

With information technology widely used and developing of information industry, the world is in the time of information economy. Economic power to compel people in the time of information is network economy which is consisted of computer, communication and networking technologies. Network economy is the sum of economic activities related to network, especially to internet. It greatly speeds up economy marketlization and globalization. The core of network economy is flows of information, capital and material. In this situation, banks developing network based business is evitable. It will be golden time of network bank business in the future several years.Developing network bank not only reduces account pressure and cut cost of business but also serves customers. It is profit making point to banks. It will also be banks' future large business area. Comparing to international banks, Chinese network bank business is still in entry level. Therefore, studying issues in Chinese banks, especially state run business bank and investigating network business strategy are necessary to current banks.This paper, takes C bank's network business for example, analyzed pros and cons of network bank business considering the internal and external environment. Based on this analysis, 4PS, market, customer relationship management theory are used to study internal management of network bank business, creativity of products, marketing, network security and etc. In the mean time, solutions to these issues are proposed to make network bank business developing healthy. Hope this paper has contributions to network banks developing in China.
