| In recent years,the implementation of policies to reduce tariffs and non-tariff barriers between countries has promoted the rapid growth of trade among countries,along with the development of economic globalization and the continuous promotion of bilateral,multilateral and regional negotiations.However,many obstacles still remain in international trade activities,due to the differences in the soundness of the legal system,the level of customs transparency and the complexity of customs clearance procedures in various countries.The issue of "inefficient trade "impeding the development of international trade is becoming increasingly prominent.Especially,since the economic crisis of 2008,the long-term sluggish economic development has adversely affected the trade development of all countries in the world.Many countries are actively removing obstacles in the trade process,reducing transaction costs and maximizing the freedom and openness to trade among nations.At present,trade facilitation,as a new impetus to the development of trade,has become the hot topic of discussion among nations and governmental organizations.In2013,after President Xi Jinping proposed China’s willingness to use its model of innovative cooperation to establish a Silk Road economic belt with Central Asian countries,the countries along "the Belt and Road" have become the major trading countries in China’s export products after years of development.Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of science and information technology,the development trend of the integration of mobile Internet devices and consumer electronic products has promoted the rapid growth of export of 3C products.3C product trade has become the main cooperation content of the Silk Road,and carrying out trade in 3C products has become the common aspiration of China and other countries along the route.Based on the related theory of trade facilitation,this paper analyzes the trade situation of 3C products exported to the countries along the line and measures the trade facilitation levels in various countries.Then,this paper empirically analyzes the level of trade facilitation affecting China’s exports of 3C products.Finally,it put forward effective measures and suggestions based on the relevant conclusions.The specific content is divided into the following five parts:The first part is an introduction.The main contents include the background and significance of the topic selection,the achievements of domestic and foreign scholars’research on trade facilitation,the main content of the article and the basic framework are outlined,and finally it lists the innovations and shortcomings of this article.The second part mainly introduces the related theoretical basis of trade facilitation,and deduces the mechanism of trade facilitation on the export of products.The third part mainly analyzes the trade status from the perspective of China’s trade volume and trade market distribution of 3C products along the "Belt and Road".The fourth part mainly related to the construction of trade facilitation index system and empirical analysis.The trade facilitation system mainly introduces four first-level indicators:port efficiency,customs environment,finance and e-commerce and government management;and the four first-level indicators include 16 second-level indicators.In order to avoid the high correlation between the adopted indexes,this paper constructs the comprehensive index system of trade facilitation by using the stata12.0 software and the method of principal component analysis,and analyzes the trade facilitation level of countries along the "Belt and Road".The empirical part mainly demonstrates the influence of the level of national trade facilitation along the "Belt and Road" on the export of 3C products in China mainly through the gravity model.First,we analyze the first-level indicators and the second-level indicators to show more clearly which factors can significantly affect the export of China’s 3C products.The fifth part is mainly conclusion and suggestion.This part mainly summarizes the previous research results,and puts forward the related suggestions from two aspects.First,it concerns how to enhance the level of trade facilitation,the second is for our country 3C products export recommendations.The results of this study show that the level of trade facilitation(TFI)in countries has the greatest impact on China’s export of 3C products along "the Belt and Road".Empirical studies show that for every increase of 1%in the level of trade facilitation,the export of 3C products will increase by 2.326%.Of the four first-level indicators,each indicator also has a different degree of impact on China’s exports of 3C products.Among them,the port efficiency has the greatest impact on the export of 3C products,followed by finance and e-commerce,customs environment and government regulation.In the empirical analysis of 16 second-level indicators,the use of information and communications among countries has the greatest impact on China’s export of 3C products.In addition,the GDP,population size and whether or not they join the same organizations in the regions will have a significant impact on China’s export of 3C products along the "Belt and Road".However,the distance between China and the countries along the routes will hinder the development of product trade.The innovation of this article is divided into the following sections:First,3C products are involved in a wide range,and there is no research of the domestic 3C products.This article uses a custom way to select 84 and 85 of UN Comtrade products by reference to CEA or GFK,using a 4-point scale,and we screen every product with the relevant characteristics of 3C.Second,most of the scholars adopt the index used by John S.Wilson in the construction of trade facilitation indicators.This article expands the range of selected indicators based on the indicators used by John S.Wilson.And using 16 second-level indicators builds a comprehensive indicator of trade facilitation,The second level indicators of the financial services provided by the convenience and availability of the article is also a big innovation,taking the relation between 3C products and e-commerce and finance into account. |
