Research On Supply And Demand Of Science And Technology Service Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Jiashan County

Since the promulgation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Farmers' Professional Cooperatives in November 2006,farmers' professional cooperatives,as a new type of organization for agricultural production and management,have played an important role and role in the promotion and application of agricultural science and technology.Concerns from industry-based farmers and governments at all levels.On July 1,2018,the revised Farmer Professional Cooperatives Law was implemented,which injected new impetus into the innovation and development of cooperatives.The farmers' professional cooperatives in Jiashan County have achieved remarkable results in the construction of agricultural modernization.By the end of 2016,there were 319 farmers' professional cooperatives in the county,with a total registered capital of 39.604 million yuan,involving industries such as grain and oil,vegetables,fruits,edible fungi,breeding,flower seedlings and leisure agriculture,becoming agricultural technology services and farmers' organization.And an important carrier and platform for the development of agricultural industrialization.On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign scholars' research on agricultural science and technology services of farmers' professional cooperatives,taking Jiashan County of Zhejiang Province as an example,collecting the basic information of 319 farmers' professional cooperatives registered in Jiashan County,using Rost Content Mining software to operate them.The scope of the word frequency and semantic network analysis,inductive analysis of Jiashan County farmers professional cooperatives,the status quo and existing problems in the supply of scientific and technological services;through the supply of agricultural science and technology services to several typical farmers' professional cooperatives(melons,yellow peaches,cherries,etc.)in Jiashan County The situation was conducted indepth field research,combined with the members' questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of cooperative service supply,using SPSS24.0 statistical software and IPA analysis method to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the members' scientific and technological service demand,and then compare the difference between supply and demand.And propose optimization and improvement measures.The research results are as follows:(1)The content of agricultural science and technology service supply of Jiashan County Farmers' Professional Cooperatives is mainly for pre-production,midproduction and post-production services in the process of agricultural production activities.There are problems in service supply: the content of agricultural science and technology services is not comprehensive and in-depth,the internal management level is low,the external integration ability is poor,the awareness and ability of science and technology services are still weak,the service methods and service channels are relatively simple,and thus the promotion of farmers' professional cooperatives The importance and urgency of the level of agricultural technology services.(2)Through the field investigation and statistical analysis of typical cases of several agricultural specialties such as honey pear,yellow peach and cherry in Jiashan County,the status quo and existing problems of agricultural science and technology service demand of Jiashan County Agricultural Specialist Society are analyzed from the perspective of members: different scales The demand for members and age is uneven,and the satisfaction is higher for industrial technology training,exhibition marketing,etc.;cooperative members of different industries have different needs for technology services,such as honey pears and other economic forest cooperatives,focusing on plant protection,sales services and leisure tourism development guidance.Etc.,vegetable cooperatives pay attention to planting and providing services,food cooperatives pay attention to seedling supply,agricultural machinery operations,storage and transportation services,while breeding cooperatives focus on feeding technology and excellent breeding of livestock and poultry;the importance of members' demand for scientific and technological services The main requirements in the front include: prenatal technical training,information consulting services,technology promotion,plant protection,branding and cultural services.In terms of performance,plant protection,storage services and product sales are in the quadrant of “high importance and low performance”,indicating that the service items in these three aspects are not satisfactory to the members.(3)Compare and analyze the causes of differences in supply and demand,including insufficient government support,weak cooperative service capabilities,and lack of professional talents in cooperatives;(4)Finally,the agricultural science and technology services of Jiashan County Agricultural Science and Technology Association are proposed from the concept,policy and operation.Countermeasures and suggestions include increasing government support,improving the scientific and technological service capabilities of cooperatives,strengthening the talents for science and technology service,building a sound technology service system,and providing a service mechanism for the integration of innovative industries.
