Under the guidance of China's "One Belt,One Road" development policy,more and more Chinese companies have strengthened their research and layout on international management and globalization,with a view to rushing out of the country and embracing the world with the "One Belt,One Road" initiative.As an important overseas investment and financing platform in Yunnan Province,Y Enterprise has successfully carried out a number of national foreign economic and trade cooperation projects in recent years,laying a foundation for Y enterprises to "go global" and adopting the strategy of the company in the "13th Five-Year Plan".It is positioned to develop the company into an investment holding company with strong international investment and financing capabilities.With the implementation of the Y company's international development strategy,it has a strong demand for talents that meet the company's development standards.Based on the guidance of the national "One Belt and One Road" strategy and the expansion of the company's existing overseas market globalization business,this paper takes Y enterprise as the research object and combines the research results at home and abroad to build a talent team that meets the development requirements of Y enterprises.Start research.Most of the previous academic circles' research on the "going out" strategy of multinational corporations focused on the field of foreign economic cooperation,but there are few studies on the training and construction of international employees.This article takes Y enterprises as an example and considers corporate international.The challenges faced by the construction of the talent team,the research on the academic achievements,and the feasibility proposal for the Y-enterprise international talent management planning and optimization adjustment to meet the actual development situation are conducive to enriching the theoretical results of this academic field.At the same time,Y enterprise is the object of inquiry,designing and developing a set of feasible and operative international staff training programs,which can be used for reference by other relevant Chinese companies.This paper first defines the related concepts such as talents,enterprise internationalization,and enterprise internationalization talents in this study.The summary includes scientific management,human capital,incentive theory,salary theory,overseas development related theories,training needs,training effect evaluation,etc.Relevant theories lay the theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,through the preliminary research,we can understand the basic situation of the company and the status quo of the company's international talents.In the basic situation of the company,understand the company's general situation,the company's business scope,the company's vision and development mode,the company's employee composition,etc."Talent planning development strategy.The interviews and questionnaires were used to conduct in-depth research on the status quo of Y-company's international workforce construction.The three dimensions of construction foundation,construction object and construction method were used to analyze the international talent team construction.Through analysis,found that the construction foundation problems mainly include the company's current lack of clear talent training plans,insufficient capital investment in international personnel training and incomplete international talent assessment mechanism;The problems of construction object mainly include the lack of motivation for talents,the imbalance of personnel characteristics,the lack of understanding of the international talent standards that employees need for enterprises,and the weak awareness of employees' career planning.The problems in construction methods mainly include insufficient understanding of training objectives.The training content is not enough,it is targeted,and there is no effective evaluation system.Finally,from the optimization of the construction foundation,the optimization of the construction object,the optimization of the construction method,the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.In terms of the optimization of the construction foundation,proposes to establish and implement the international talent team construction plan and establish The evaluation system of international talents and the improvement model of optimization strategies,proposes to improve the visibility of Y enterprises,build job competency,and improve the talent model;at the construction object,,suggests that enterprises help employees to self-excavate,To guide employees to do career planning and encourage employees to establish a lifelong learning concept;in the optimization of construction methods,suggests that training should be carried out according to the human system,and the construction of the mentor team should be emphasized,learning and learning from historical experience,team building management,and maintaining Project tracking and improvement.Through the research in this paper,we can find that enterprises should carry out strategic design in an all-round way in the process of building an international talent team.From the perspective of the company,the employees' perspectives are two-way breakthrough,two-way interaction and synergy promotion,which is expected to be beneficial to comprehensively and continuously improve the enterprise.The research in this paper also builds its own international talent system for other domestic enterprises,builds an international talent team,establishes international strategic goals,and provides reference and guidance for meeting international challenges.
