With the formation of China's telecommunications industry competition pattern,H communications branch also is faced with huge competitive pressure.Based on the needs of H Communications Company development strategy,the thesis discusses the human resource planning of H Communications Company.Use field research and quantitative analysis to quantify the supply and demand of human resources needed of the company in the future;In addition,according to the current situation of human resources in enterprise,and combined with the environment of the enterprise,make out the human resources planning objectives that suit the development strategy of enterprise,and make the relevant safeguards of human resources planning to ensure the realization of the human resources planning goals.Under this framework,the thesis constitutes four chapters.The first chapter,the article introduces the theory of human resources management and human resources planning.The second part is mainly to find out the problems and reasons of HR planning in H Communications Branch;the third part mainly studies the formulation of human resources planning of H Communications Branch.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company,it discusses the main bases and implementation steps of scientific and rational formulation of human resources planning in H Communications Branch;the fourth part is the study of human resources planning implementation measures in H Communications Branch.This paper studies the implementation of human resources planning from the aspects of establishing a perfect job analysis system,formulating a systematic and comprehensive recruitment system,and establishing an employee career management system,strengthening the employee training system.
