| This thesis has five chapters, which use human resource development and management theory and take case-study method to analyze human resource management of TOP Group Company, also put forward specific measure of human resource planning.This thesis starts from background of Architecture industry and development of TOP Group Company, According to the above analysis .the article put forward development strategy of TOP Group Company and suggestions to organizational structure of training department adjustment. Through survey of human resources structure and staff satisfaction, the article analyses problems and reasons of human resources management in TOP Group Company. On the basis of that, the article gives the solution to the problems. That is human resource planning.According to human resources theory, as well as development strategy and objective, the article specifies a general target of human resource planning for TOP Group Company, and draws out human resources requirements following detailed analysis.To ensure successfully implementation of the target of human resource planning, the thesis, in the fourth part, gives further discussion about related specific human resources plan, which would promote implementation of the target of human resource planning. The article especially points out that TOP Group Company must realize reasonable assignment of human resource by employees'promotion plan, a succession plan and recruitment plan, must take company's development strategy as a core to build scientific training system which can help to improve quality of human resources. |
