Based On Process-oriented R&D Management Of AVIC FACRI

With the rapid change of the enterprises’ internal and external environment,and technology development cycle and technology iteration rate of research projects become shorter and shorter,and multi-projects are developed in parallel.This require the enterprise to enhance the ability on agile R&D system,process,organizational structure,management mode,information and so on.Tight and efficient organization structure,standard development process,improved planning and resource management and standardized management of staff performance appraisal and incentives,are the important guarantees for the smooth development of the project.And the scientific methods and improved information is the important tools and means for the excellent enterprise to continually enhance and improve its management.By the systematic analysis of the research and development status in Flight Automatic Control Research Institute,practical problems in R&D management are discussed.Based on the re-design of R&D process,we re-examine and build a multi-project management system,pursuiting the architecture with the features like "the integrity of research and development process,resource similarity,sharing of the supporting".By Using system engineering methodology,combined with the integration of the project management,,focusing on the rebuilding of research and development organization,the improvement of planning and resource management,employee performance appraisal and so on,we rely on network technology to build information management platform,demonstrate through concrete examples of projects,in order to realize organization collaboration,based on process,team and culture,and the multi-project integrated management with the help of information technology platform as well.Further research will be continued to carry out,and will be continued to improve in practice.Hopefully,this paper could provide a little help and learn for other companies to enhance R&D management.
