Risk Management Research On UPS Product R&D Project Of AMS Company

New product research&development,as an important innovation activity,is vital for enterprises' survival and development.It is one of the means that can bring a Firm competitive advantage.However,R&D activities are internally associated with the risk,how to manage various risk factors is of great practical significance.This paper takes AMS Adapt 10kVA UPS product R&D projects as the study object,based on the review of research domestically and abroad,aiming at the characteristics of the product itself for UPS,combined with AMS's actual situation,has a systematic identification on the UPS product development project risk,and establishes evaluation system to assess the various risks size of UPS R&D projects,and finally aims at the key risk factors to propose the corresponding risk response method and measures.First,this study concludes and summarizes the domestic and foreign R&D project risk management on the relevant outcomes(including risk identification,risk assessment,risk response),borrows previous study achievement and uses relevant theories and methods in the risk management of R&D project.Through dividing the project risks scientifically,this study identifies the risks of UPS project R&D project systemically.According to the different resources of the project risks,this study divides the risks of UPS product R&D into two aspects:the organization internal factors and external environmental factors,and further dividing external environmental factors into policy and legal factors,macroeconomic factors and market factors;the organization internal factors are divided into three areas:resources and capacity factors,technical factors and organizational factors.Moreover,a relatively practical risk assess index system is built,and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to further ensure the importance of primary and secondary indexes in the assess system,so as to ensure the key risks in the UPS product R&D project,which is helpful for pertinent monitoring and key risk response of the enterprise.According to the level analysis result,this study comes up with the response measures of various risks,makes analysis on the three risks that have the most effect on the UPS product R&D project(market risk,technical risk,organization and coordination risk),and comes up with operative risk response measures.According to the research on the UPS product project of AMS company,this paper recognizes the various risks during the project development and has a helpful effect on avoiding project risks and ensuring the smooth project process.The research findings validate the relevant research of R&D project risk management,and can be used for reference for the same kind of enterprise and project development.The research findings have strong practical significance.
